Anushka Merchande was born on 30 June 2005 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Since childhood, he always wanted to explore himself in acting. He started getting roles at the very young age of 7, he then took a break for a few years to focus on his studies. He again started acting at the age of 12 and since then he has been active on television.

Career
Anushka rose to fame from her performance in Chikoo: Ye Ishq Nachaye as Mini. It was the first time that Anushka appeared in a negative role in the show which focused on exposing the issue of body shaming. After receiving great recognition for his previous role, he was later cast in another TV series Banni Chau Home Delivery in a negative role as Palak Rathod. The story revolves around a Banni delivery girl who earns a living from the catering business and delivering food from door to door.
Anushka who wowed fans with her performance in the TV show Lakshmi Ghar Aayi has been roped in to play an important role in the action-packed film Khuda Hafiz Chapter 2. Sharing screen space with Vidyut Jammwal was a ‘dream come true’ moment for the actor.
She later appeared as Chhavi in Zee TV’s Main Hoon Aparajita starring Shweta Tiwari and Manav Gohil in lead roles. The show is based on the story of Aparajita who is abandoned by her husband, she rises to face every challenge so that she and her daughters can walk with their heads held high.
