There is no age difference between Aoki Lee Simmons and her new lover, Vittorio Assaf.
The newest couple were spotted locking lips earlier this week while on a romantic vacation to St. Barts. The sweet moment came months after Simmons shut down body-shaming comments on social media.

In a new photo shared online, Simmons is seen engaging in a display of affection for Assaf as they enjoy the feel of the sand beneath their feet on the beach.
The lovely couple then proceeded to swim in the clear blue water and share a warm kiss while relaxing on the white sandy beach.
The 21-year-old also put her 65-year-old partner’s photography skills to the test by posing as he captured her on his phone.
Both dressed casually for the occasion, with Simmons wearing an olive green bikini with a tribal print on the front and Assaf pairing her shirtless top with a pair of light blue and white printed swimming trunks.
At one point, as observed in the image released by Page SixSimmons removed his earlobe to look and talk to Assaf happily.

The outlet pointed out that although the Internet personality had uploaded glimpses from the sandy vacation on Friday, she excluded any photos including her man.
Additionally, on March 27, she posted a video of herself at the beach, wearing the same two-piece she wore in the photo featuring Assaf.
Spilling the tea about their relationship, a member of Simmons’ circle told PEOPLE“Aoki and Vittorio spend time together and enjoy each other’s company.”
The source also claims that Simmons and Assaf crossed paths while on vacation in St. Barts — a beloved travel destination for the Simmons family.

As reported by The Blast, fans have flooded the Harvard University graduate’s comments section with praise after she uploaded a photo of herself wearing a black dress with a plunging neckline on Instagram.
However, some people resorted to making distasteful comments in an attempt to body shame her. Simmons responded by hiding the negative comments and then addressing them through her Instastories. In her first Instastory update, the model wrote:
“Just for the body shamers in my comments, do you think I would dress like this if I was worried about my bra size????? itty bitty titty committee founder thank you so much.”

She used her second Story to highlight one of the body-shaming comments and her response to it. Responding to people asking her “buy boobs,” Simmons typed:
“You’re welcome to Venmo me for breast work. I’ll spend it on more jumpsuits or whatever.”
