Ari Lennox has been sober for seven months and couldn’t be more grateful!
The Grammy nominee, who gained recognition in 2016 when she released her first EP, “Pho,” has struggled with alcohol for years and is now working to be her best self without the substance.
In celebration of her seven months of sobriety, she opened up about her ordeal as an alcoholic while expressing her joy at getting clean and learning new things in the midst of her sobriety journey.

Lennox has been through a lot with his alcohol use, but fortunately, things are looking good for him as he has been clean for seven months, which is something to celebrate.
On Instagram, she marked the milestone with a carousel showing off her sizzling figure in a figure-hugging crop top alongside a lengthy message detailing how she feels about her renewed self.
“7 months sober,” the 32-year-old began the caption. “That’s a lot of quiet flying. Lots of quiet conversations. Many things are faced raw. To be honest, I don’t know what will happen when I come of age.”
He admitted that while he doesn’t know if the sobriety is forever, he can’t imagine going back to the situation, because he feels more “in control” of his emotions. Lennox also mentioned that he felt “More stable. More happy. More alert. Safer. More accepting of the things I can’t control and more responsible for the things I can.”
Being clean admittedly made him less socially anxious and “enforced boundaries;” Also, she is now not interested in partying with the realization that she prefers “doing cool sweet things.” The R&B singer revealed more about how far she’s come before declaring sobriety a “very recent experience” that made her “remember the events as they happened.”
However, he also admits that there is a “fantasy of wanting to escape from all the harsh world pressures with alcohol,” which only works “temporarily.”
Concluding the message, Lennox sent love to all her fans as she urged them to share their sobriety achievements and whatever they learned along the way. Several fans went forward to open up about their sobriety journeys, with one writing, “I’m 6 months & 18 days sober and 1 year, 3 months and 21 days celibate. It’s been a journey but it’s all been worth it! Congratulations, @arilennox I love you ❤️❤️❤️.”

Likewise, another confessed, “Wow, I’m on my second day without booze, and I’m going to fold tonight, but then you post this!!! Look at God!! The universe works!!! ?? keep growing! You are an inspiration ❤️.”
A third fan later wrote, “I haven’t smoked weed in 7 months. I learned that I don’t need it.” Other commenters congratulated Lennox on the impressive feat, including Hollywood stars like Michelle Williams and SZA.
Williams stated, “So happy for you!! I feel the freedom in reading your words to us!!! ??” while SZA gushed, “Congratulations Ari!!! Ur, the greatest.”
This isn’t the first milestone the “Pressure” frontman will be marking as he celebrates three months into his journey in March. At the time, she took to Instagram with a sultry photo of herself before taking to the stage, revealing her outfit in a sparkling mini ensemble that left nothing to the imagination.
Lennox was all glittery and striking a sensual pose on the brown couch. She even went as far as splitting on the sofa before moving on to tease fans with a view of her perfect butt and ample butt.
