Ariana GrandeThe days of terror are officially over as his relentless stalker gets the justice he deserves for years of harassment.
The singer became fearful for her safety when the man began stalking her in 2021. After nearly 100 break-ins and threats with a large hunting knife, the criminal was finally caught and will serve time in prison for his crimes.
Ariana Grande’s Stalker Will Be Jailed For Over Three Years
According to the Santa Barbara County District DA, John T. Savrnoch Brown pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including stalking, residential burglary, and making criminal threats against Grande in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties.
In his statement, the DA said the “Thank U, Next” singer’s stalker will be sentenced to three years and eight months in prison in May in a California state prison. The perpetrator will also abide by the rules of the restraining order Grande filed against him.
For the next ten years, Brown was banned from having any form of contact with the singer. After she finishes serving more than three years, the ban will begin, meaning Grande won’t have to worry about her stalker for much longer.
The man (whom we chose not to name) started harassing the singer in 2021 and only escalated with time.
TMZ revealed he attempted to break into the entertainer’s Hollywood mansion nearly 100 times between February 2021 and September 2021 and even carried a dangerous weapon at one point.

Grande recounted the terrifying incident in court documents obtained by The Blast when she filed for a restraining order against Brown. He said his disorder worsened in early September when he pulled a “big hunting knife” on his personal security.
“I was informed that his visits were sporadic at first, but in the last two to three weeks, (He) has been coming to my house almost every day, and sometimes several times a day,” the 30-year-old explained. . in filing.
He stated that on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Brown came to his home but was asked to leave by security.
However, he returned at about 10:20 p.m., while he was at home, and “became aggressive when asked to leave and displayed a large hunting knife.” Grande claimed she brandished the deadly weapon while shouting threatening statements, including “I’m going to kill you and him.”
“Based on his threats, I am worried about my safety and the safety of my family. I am afraid that if there is no restraining order, (He) will continue to come to my house and try to physically hurt or kill me or my family members,” Grande lamented in the filing.
Fortunately, a judge agreed the circumstances warranted a restraining order and granted the singer’s petition for a 5-year ban against Brown. Unfortunately, the ban did little to stop the stalker from continuing his harassment.

After being slapped with a 5-year restraining order banning him from having contact with Grande, he ignored the rules to continue stalking the singer. He broke into her home in June 2022, triggering a security alarm that alerted the police.
Fortunately, the “Side to Side” hitmaker wasn’t home, and the man barely did any damage to his property before authorities arrived and locked him behind bars. The break-in marks one of several incidents since a restraining order was issued against him in 2021.
The stalker was meant to turn himself in for repeatedly breaking orders; however, he chose to go to Grande’s home in California and try to gain access to her family. After his arrest, police charged him with burglary, damaging power lines, stalking, violating court orders and obstruction.
Despite the evidence stacked against him, he refused to accept responsibility for his actions and pleaded not guilty to all charges. The crime marks the second time an overzealous fan has compromised Grande’s safety.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Grande’s only issue with fanatical fans. In May 2020, the Grammy winner and her mother filed for a restraining order against another stalker. The perpetrator was arrested after he broke into her home, managed to get past her security, and left a love note for the singer.
Police booked him for trespassing and later for criminal trespass because he allegedly spat at the officer who arrested him.
Grande and her mother received a five-year restraining order against him.
