The former Disney Channel star has been open about her mental health, making it a priority. Recently, Tisdale decided to have the “ultimate self-care moment” by showering and relaxing with Being Frenshe.

Being Frenshe is something Tisdale has used for a long time to help her with self-care and mental health. Last year on World Mental Health Day, the former Disney star posted to Instagram about her mental health and how Being Frenshe has helped her.
“Today is world #mentalhealthday. It’s so important we take our struggles with our mental health down to feel supported and learn how to prioritize our well-being every day,” Tisdale wrote in an Instagram caption at the time. “@Frenshe and @beingfrenshe were created to do just that, and this community we’ve developed together has helped me so much on my mental health journey, and I hope it will for you too. We will continue to share stories and tips for anyone who needs them without shame or overwhelm. ?.”
Tisdale works with Frenshe to help communities open up, improve themselves and grow together. “This month in Frenshe, we continue our conversation about mental health. Find stories that will help you if you’re feeling blue, plus tips on what to say to a friend who’s struggling.”

Ashley Tisdale is part of the popular Disney Channel Original “High School Musical” franchise. Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Montez), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie), and Lucas Grabiel (Ryan Evans) are also part of the main cast.
Although the “High School Musical” cast hasn’t been together since the third movie, “High School Musical 3,” which debuted in 2008, Sharpay Evans actress Ashley Tisdale says they’re all still in touch.
“We’re all at different places in life, but what’s great about each of them is that you can text them and say, ‘hey, I haven’t talked to you in a while,'” Tisdale said on a podcast. “Lucas [Grabiel] just texted me a few weeks ago, and we were just chatting, and it was like no time passed.”
Tisdale closed by saying, “They’re all good people, and I think we’ve been through something that’s just a wild time in our lives, so I think we all remind each other of that.”
