The event took place on Monday morning and will again on Tuesday in Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall. Visitors will be guided through several holiday destinations through 360-digital media displays.
After Monday’s event, Tisdale was able to speak with him Explosion about how he takes time to relax and share some travel tips and ideas.
“I partnered with the Chase IHG One Rewards credit card because I really like, obviously, the idea of slowing down. It is something I like to do in my daily life. “Whether it’s taking a little time to enjoy a moment of me or if I’m on vacation, my favorite thing to do with my family is travel and really slow down our busy lives,” she said. Explosion exclusively.
“So this pop-up is really for you to experience, in this Grand Central Terminal, which is like the busiest place, so you go to this pop-up and see some of the IHG destinations and hotels, and really kind of the visuals, it’s really- really, I think, lowers the nervous system, so I’m excited to be here.”
Speaking about busy lives and the need to take some time to slow down every now and then, Tisdale said you just have to “take that time for yourself.”
“Some things I do is I really set myself up in a good way with meditation in the morning, whether it’s just like two minutes or five minutes, it really helps me throughout the day,” she explains.
“I also learned something from my therapist recently like sip throughout your day in those moments. We obviously drink water and we need it and so it’s the same thing for our nervous system.”

Another thing that helps Tisdale slow down is disconnecting from her phone whenever possible.
“I’m obviously on social media and the phone can be addictive and I think as a mom, I don’t want my daughter to see me on the phone all the time, so I really disconnect on the weekends or whenever I feel like it.” . throughout the week,” he said Explosion.
“I think it’s the smaller moments and moments, but I think travel is something really important. I actually have a Chase IHG Rewards Premier credit card so I’m earning points and it’s getting closer to my next vacation.”
Tisdale, mom to 2-year-old Jupiter, has great tips to share for anyone traveling with a child to make it easier.
“When you travel with a child, something that I find really helpful is that she has this little baby shark backpack and we call it her magic backpack,” she shared. “When he’s traveling and we’re on the plane, we put little things in there that he’s never seen before like little trinkets and little toys. It’s so cute. My husband chose all the items.”
Her daughter loves flipping through the backpack, and it keeps her busy for long periods of time on the plane.

“IHG has 18 brand hotels in 6,000 destinations so you can’t go wrong,” he said. “I just feel like making that journey, making that move and just doing it. It’s important.”
Anuja Stites, Vice President of Loyalty & Commercial Partnerships, IHG Hotels & Resorts, agrees that it’s important to “prioritize your health and well-being.”
“With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s important to allow yourself to be cared for and prioritize your health and well-being,” says Stites. “From busy parents who need a reprieve from their busy schedules to avid adventure seekers who want a relaxing vacation, our breadth of IHG Hotels & Resorts properties around the world are ready to welcome all types of travelers. And with our Chase IHG One Rewards Credit Card, it makes slowing down to enjoy all of life’s moments – big and small – even easier.”
