At the age of eight, Atisha made her debut as a child artist with the drama Good Bye Doctor. After that, Atisha has appeared in many Marathi theater productions. In 2015, he appeared as Shevgyachya Shenga, a Marathi drama.
In 2018, she appeared in the theater production Ashi hi Shyamchi Aai.

- In an interview, Atisha Naik shared her experience of playing a negative role in the Marathi show Pudhcha Paaul (2011) and the audience reaction she received. In the same discussion, Atisha said that she often receives various hate messages from netizens for playing an antagonistic character. He said,
You don’t always get positive messages from your fans. Earlier, I had received so many hateful messages and texts that I couldn’t count. But then I avoid them. I knew that the text was not for me but for the character I was playing. There have been several instances where I have had to respond to several text messages, and I have always stood my ground when I had to face such situations. I believe that viewers are smart enough to take one series at a time. They will not judge you by your role but only by your performance.”
