Just a few weeks before the incident, Jeremy had tweeted about the amount of snow on his farm. “Lake Tahoe snow is no joke,” he wrote at the time. Not to mention, the actor has also uploaded several pictures of him getting ready to plow snow in the past.

But according to the star, Ava got a bruise when the seat belt “pinched” her. His rep later said, “His ex continues to try to publicly humiliate the actor and bail him out of as much money as he can for his own benefit.”
