Former “Bachelorette” and “Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown has announced a brand new podcast, which will be available on SiriusXM, and will focus on a variety of topics such as mental health, relationships, self-care and more.

A new podcast, which will launch on July 19, Hannah Brown says that she hopes to answer the challenging question, “Am I better today than I was yesterday?” She will do so by having guest hosts join her to talk about a variety of topics from health and wellness to faith to confidence and care. He and his guests will also talk about love, mental health, relationships and more.
In a teaser announcement, Brown said, “My absolute favorite thing to do is hang out with my best friend, and yes, that’s you… [I’ll] has a variety of guests including famous experts, artists and entrepreneurs — and honestly, sometimes people I just want to chat with.”
He continued, “I’m on the road too, so I won’t have all the answers, but I hope to provide raw material and unfiltered exposure that you too can relate to. This is for you and me. We can make it whatever we want. Is that just a rhyme? Let’s do it! We will be better tomorrow.”
The former “Bachelor” star also spoke to him Diversity about his upcoming podcast, admits, “Many people have experienced with me the most vulnerable and life-changing — good or bad — moments of my life.”
“Because my audience is, in a way, an extension of my inner circle, I have the unique opportunity to have millions of people encouraging me and keeping me accountable as I try to figure out life,” he continued. “One of my favorite things is having intimate, unfiltered conversations with my friends and that’s what this podcast is all about.”

In 2021, the former Miss Alabama USA released a memoir titled “God Bless This Mess”, which takes readers into her life as she tells her story, including the good, the bad and the ugly.
“Writing a book I knew would be difficult and certainly an undertaking but I wasn’t prepared for how emotionally and emotionally taxing it would be,” Brown told the ABC at the time of her book’s release.
“I pride myself on being honest and it’s really important for me to talk about how their relationship, our relationship in our family and the things we go through in our family have shaped me as a person,” Brown continued to explain. .
In the book, readers will learn about Brown’s childhood, his modeling years, and also about the tragedy surrounding the murder of his young aunt and cousin.
“I want to take the time to remember them and the important part their lives and deaths played in my life and the lives of my family,” continued Brown. “This book was so powerful for my family, for all of us, to start talking about it openly with each other for the first time; it’s a very quiet thing that we don’t talk about that happens to our family that obviously affects all of us.”
