In documents filed on March 4, Glover asserted that he suffered facial injuries, with three photographs of his bloody face provided for reference. Although he claimed that he did not know the names of any witnesses to the attack, he was certain that 911 had recordings of his calls to them regarding the attack.
He also reported that Ashes has been charged with felony assault for the incident, which occurred on March 2. As the 59-year-old recalled in the filing, he previously told his ex-girlfriend not to enter his property because he planned to put her things on his “front porch.”
However, Ashes ignores Glover’s orders and forces his way into his house. She claimed that the 29-year-old then called for “someone to hurt her”, and when she called 911, Ashes attacked her.

The filmmaker shared another incident where Ashes attacked him in December 2023. He stated that while it may have been “semi-accidental”, he was injured when Ashes hit him with a piece of luggage.
In another instance, Glover claimed that Ashes asked him “strange questions that seemed out of context” in their “intimate relationship,” which made him realize “something was wrong.” At that point, she told her ex that she was “no longer welcome in her home.”
Things then changed when Ashes played him a recording of the same conversation, which confirmed his ulterior motives for the “River’s Edge” star. “He has led questions to harass me during the recording to be played to others to weave a false narrative,” Glover said.
The Hollywood star said she wants the court to slap Ashes with a no-contact order and a restraining order, ordering him not to engage in harassment, assault, striking, making threats and assault, among other things. .
Additionally, the New York City native wants Ashes to “delete any recordings” he took of her “without her consent,” with the court allowing her to record future conversations and calls with him.
Glover also asked Ashes to go to a mandatory “52-week batterer intervention program,” which has “weekly classes on accountability, the effects of abuse and gender roles.”

The native of Park City, Utah, the annual host city for the Sundance Film Festival, revealed that he first met Glover at his previous job at a local “lounge” frequented by celebrities.
During their short exchange, the actor asked Maloney if he would like to see a screening of his film, to which he agreed. However, the “Vanderpump Rules” star soon learned that Glover had other ideas. As the television personality recalled:

Although the reality star did not communicate further with the actress after the meeting, she stated that he was “very nice and nice” during their time together.
