Bam Margera Accepts Lamar Odom’s Invitation To His Rehab Center

During a recent interview with TMZ on Manhattan Beach, Lamar Odom shared some quality advice with Bam Margera. He advises the TV star to convert to religion if he ever does, as it could benefit his current problems. Odom also extended a personal invitation to Margera to one of his “Odom Wellness Treatment Centers.”
Former stuntwoman Margera caught wind of Odom’s generous offer and shared a video saying she’d take it. In the clip, Margera has some choice words for his family members, and after calling them out on their allegations about him running from the police, he concludes, “And Lamar Odom, I just heard your message. Yeah, I want your help.”

The former NBA star owns and operates three health centers, located in Southern California. He offered Margera a free stay at any center to help him deal with drug abuse and substance addiction. Odom said the invitation was only if Margera really wanted professional help.
Odom recently acquired a wellness center that he dedicated to helping other struggling addicts. The move came after the 2-time NBA champion overdosed in 2015 and suffered multiple heart attacks, kidney failure and a stroke. He has since been able to recover his health and turn his life around.
Bam Margera Surrendered to Police custody

On Thursday, Margera finally surrendered to Pennsylvania police after he was declared wanted on assault charges. According to police, the “Viva La Bam” star allegedly assaulted her brother, Jess, and threatened to kill her and their family.
A representative for a Pennsylvania police department spoke with him Page Six and revealed that Margera had surrendered and was “fronted at the outset.” He shared that Judge Albert Lacocca had set unsecured bail for Margera at $50,000. He is due back for his preliminary hearing on May 25 and is not in police custody.
Margera’s lawyer Michael van der Veen, was present for the TV star’s trial. He revealed to Page Six that Margera has pleaded not guilty and denied Jess’ allegations of assault and threats. Veen also shared that Margera will undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, a normal process for defendants on bail.

Margera has recently dealt with many personal and legal issues, mainly related to her substance addiction and mental health issues. In March, the “Jackass” star was arrested for public intoxication shortly after entering rehab.
Margera has been an addict for years and has been in and out of many rehab centers across America. In 2019, the TV personality revealed doctors had diagnosed him with manic bipolar disorder. The year before, he was arrested for DUI and admitted to another rehab center.
One of his most recent rehab centers tried a new approach to treating Margera by operating him as an outpatient, which also didn’t work. Amidst his drug and mental health problems, Margera’s wife, Nicole Boyd, officially filed for primary custody of their son, Phoenix, in 2022.
Bam Margera’s Brother Tweets About His Mental Health

On Wednesday, Margera’s older brother, Jess, tweeted about his sister’s deteriorating mental health. He tweeted that Margera had become “unrecognizable” because he was heavily using meth and other drugs. Jess claimed that the TV star had a crisis due to her drug use, which was “very scary & heartbreaking.”
The 44-year-old CKY drummer asked his followers if the police could track someone through their phone. Jess explained that she was “worried” about Margera fleeing with his girlfriend and daughter, who is just eight, because of the car’s possible toxic environment.
