Bam Margera is really trying his best to mold and win the love of his estranged wife so that she can see her son again. So far, it’s been a struggle.

The former reality star has had a hard time lately and is now trying to do the right thing and be a better person especially for her son Phoenix who she has been banned from seeing. Margera was battling serious substance abuse issues and his wife did not feel their son was safe around him.
Margera talks about how being separated from her son at this time is affecting her. He told TMZ it was torture knowing that his son was only a short journey away and he had no free will to see him.
He insists he’s not violent and since he’s resisted his offer by entering rehab and making lifestyle changes, he wants her to let him see his son sooner rather than later.
Bam Margera Has Got a FaceTime Call

The former pro skateboarder hasn’t completely distanced himself from his son, admitting that his wife Nikki has allowed a few FaceTime calls. Aside from a few FaceTime chats, Margera claims that Nikki mostly “haunts” her calls and has for “months.”
He went on to comment on Nikki, “He wants to paint a picture of me armed and dangerous… he wants a visit to the supreme court,” he claimed. He also stated that he takes care of an 8-year-old little girl, who he takes to “the movies” and things any normal father would do.
Bam’s lawyer stepped in to support his client’s words, he said the FaceTime call was three weeks ago and there has been no contact since. They both point out that Nikki will go out of her way to make Bam look like a horrible person.

The former Jackass star expressed her irritation with Nikki to the point of calling her out for not picking up the $10,000 Christmas present she bought for her son. “Today is July,” he said angrily to the camera.
When asked about her sobriety and working with Lamar Odom, who went out of her way to get Margera out of the hospital and straight into one of his facilities, Margera said that Odom “understood” her.
He cannot be “confined in a room” but he nevertheless surrounds himself with “self-aware people” according to him and his lawyer. “He made sure to find a sober person. Lamar is Lamar helping him with that, Lamar is looking for a sober person to be with him at all times,” his lawyer said.

Margera also attributes his sobriety to a new girl he’s been hanging out with, a fitness model he describes as. Could it be that his 8-year-old son spends time with him? “I’m with a girl now because… she’s a fitness trainer, she’s a model, she’s kept me straight and we go back and forth to Oceanside and her house in Los Angeles,” he said.
Margera looked overwhelmed when talking about this new woman in his life, he blushed a little. We have to admit he looks better today. Maybe because he was only with his lawyer in court or maybe because of peace!
