Regarding his removal from the drama series, The Blast revealed the reason he allegedly made his decision, as revealed on the “Zach Sang Show” by an insider. The 25-year-old model apparently had trouble working with film executive Sam Levinson, who sources described as “a certain type of director.”

He’s also reported to be the messy type who never cleans up after his hairless cats, including “piss and litter” without caring about people sharing the trailer during filming. The cat and its habits may have played a role in its passing. However, his attitude also came into question when whistleblowers voiced his confidence, implying that he and several other actors were overconfident in their performances.

He pointed out that those he implied were “randomly fired off the street,” and their egos were “through the roof” given that they were on “the second biggest show in HBO history.” The informant added, they forgot they had a job to do on set, which involved them bringing words and characters to life without including their egos.

When asked if Ferreira chose to quit or be fired, the source did not have a straight answer but mentioned that the contract for the third season of the series is still out. He said some of the performers will reprise their roles on the show, including Sydney Sweeney, while others’ contracts are still being reviewed.

It should be noted that the team regularly and digitally monitors those on temporary contracts to determine if they are eligible enough for recasting.

Webby Award Winner Announces Holiday ‘Euphoria’ With Heartbreaking Message

Before the revelation about Ferreira, she shared the sad news of her exit from “Euphoria” with a ‘tearful’ farewell message The Blast reported. Her message began, “After four years of embodying the most special and enigmatic character, Kat, I have to say a tearful goodbye.”

The New York-born video director hopes fans can see themselves in the character as much as he does. He also wished Kat to bring happiness to them seeing himself become what he is now. Ferreira then ended the message, “I put all my care and love into her, and I hope you all can feel it. I love you, Katherine Hernandez.”

Fans may remember that in the first episode of the HBO production, Kat, a body-positive advocate trying to figure out her sexuality, appeared in several scenes, including highlights of her romantic relationship. On the other hand, the second season featured less appearances from the character, which led to speculation about her complications with Sam Levinson.

Ferreira put the rumors to rest during a past interview where she said Kat’s journey was “a little more internal and a little more mysterious” to viewers because she had a lot of “existential crises”.
