Many people on social media voiced their opinions about Gwyneth Paltrow’s recent “health routine” revelation. While most of the comments were about how ridiculous she was and how her actions couldn’t be considered “wellness” in any way, Bethenny Frankel had another side to share. The “Real Housewives Of New York City” alum took to TikTok to explain the other side of this argument.

Frankel, who is known for sharing her outspoken opinions on social media, shared some thoughts on a recent episode of Paltrow’s podcast where she explained her typical daily health routine. He simply captioned his video, “Here it is.”
During the podcast, Paltrow said she has bone broth for lunch, intermittent fasting, eats paleo for dinner, and exercises at least an hour a day. This leaves many people confused about where the well-being is hiding in its day. Many people left their thoughts on why her “health routine” was unhealthy for her and for anyone who decided to follow her instructions in the comments of the TikTok video.

Frankel takes a different stance than most. Holding a tub of ice cream she never digs into, she begins her video by asking, “Why does anyone care if Gwyneth Paltrow says she drinks bone broth for breakfast and fasts intermittently?”
He then reminded his audience of some of the things Paltrow has done and promoted in the past. “This is a woman who did cupping and ozone therapy early on and only ate macrobiotics for years until she got pregnant and then she ate meat, which was like an uproar,” he continued.
“And he has a health website and he talks about acai and wheatgrass and chia and all this stuff and makes money on it by giving away all the products, so you can’t expect dogs to be cats.”

Frankel also reminded everyone that Paltrow “made millions off a candle called ‘This Candle Smells Like My Vagina.'”
The former reality star claims that Paltrow’s fans are made up of “middle-aged moms” and not younger people, so while many say this could trigger an eating disorder, Frankel doesn’t think so.
“So when people talk about eating disorders, my daughter doesn’t know who Gwyneth Paltrow is,” she said. “So, it is not for those who are 18 years old. I think it’s for mom and we all know the schtick. We’ve been hearing his schtick for years.”
Bethenny Frankel’s TikTok Followers Are Sharing A Lot In The Comment Section
While there were plenty of people who agreed with Frankel’s rant, it took a toll on others who took to the comments section to share their reasons.
Many asked why she was holding the tub of ice cream and if it was just for dramatic purposes and others explained why Paltrow should not have shared such toxic information.
“Because a lot of people see him as a health expert and it’s very irresponsible for him to say that,” said one. “Mothers can also suffer from eating disorders. Middle-aged women can develop eating disorders in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. It’s not about age,” said another.
Another added, “Because he says what he eats while using an IV for actual nutrients. IE it can’t be obtained as real health.”
Another follower made a comment that would prove many people’s fears are real that some people will want to follow Paltrow’s “health routine,” “I was at Goop HQ for a podcast recording… she looks amazing IRL. I’d do what she does ?.”
In support of Frankel, one follower wrote, “She’s been like this for years.. I don’t know how people just noticed,” and another added, “She lives her life the way she wants to and people hate her. she’s for it. “
