“Let’s talk about Ozempic,” he begins the video. “So, a lot of people are talking about what celebrities take, who admits it, who doesn’t, and why it bothers people. They feel like, I guess, people are ‘taking the easy way out,’ or it’s cheating, and there’s a lot of different ways to think about it,” Frankel continued.
“So one way is, it’s like taking a shortcut, but so are gastric bypasses and lap bands. But it’s going to be scary because thin people with body dysmorphia and eating disorders will take this,” he added. “I’ve heard in communities like Boca or the upper East Side; it’s rampant and crazy. Okay, a lot of people accuse people who never thin in their lives Ozempic [use] or adjacent Ozempic, such as one of these imitations or generics. And people don’t want to admit it because they want to make it seem like blood, sweat, and tears,” Frankel continued.
