Bill Clinton allegedly stormed into Vanity Fair newsroom, ‘threatened’ outlet to not run sex trafficking stories against ‘good friend’ Jeffrey Epstein: new docs

Former President Bill Clinton allegedly stormed the Vanity Fair newsroom and “threatened” staff not to publish a story about the sex-trafficking allegations against his “best friend” Jeffrey Epstein, according to newly unsealed court documents.

The claims about Clinton, included in the latest batch of files tied to Jeffrey Epstein released Thursday night, were mentioned by Epstein’s accuser Virginia Giuffre in a 2011 email exchange with Daily Mail reporter Sharon Churcher.

The scribe advised Giuffre whether to do interviews and sell photos to publications. Churcher offered to help him get a book deal at the time.

“When I was doing research on VF yesterday, I was worried about what they wanted to write about me since B.Clinton came into VF and threatened them not to write about sex trafficking. [sic] article about his good friend JE,” Giuffre wrote in the email.

It is unclear where Giuffre learned of the alleged threat and former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter told the Telegraph on Thursday that: “This is absolutely not the case.”

A separate document disclosed in Thursday’s deposition named Clinton as someone who “traveled with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and may have had information about the sex-trafficking conduct of Ghislane Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein.”

A Clinton spokeswoman referred The Post to a 2019 statement that said the former president “knew nothing of the heinous crime” Epstein pleaded guilty to and was accused of and that he had not spoken to the known pedophile “in more than a decade.”

In the same statement, spox said Clinton took four trips on Epstein’s plane in 2002 and 2003 in connection with work for the Clinton Foundation.

The latest batch of files dropped a day after an earlier batch of more than 40 court papers were made public — and featured dozens of rich, powerful and famous names who socialized or worked with the late pedophile.

Clinton is just one in a long list of high-profile names – from Prince Andrew to scientist Stephen Hawking – who have already been mentioned in the files released late Wednesday.

Sources said more documents were set to be filed Friday and possibly Monday, totaling 240 — and expected to name more than 170 Epstein associates, former employees and victims overall.

The full release of the documents, ordered by Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska last month, is part of a defamation lawsuit Giuffre settled against the wife of the dead sex offender, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2015.

Thousands of pages of documents from the lawsuit have already been made public, but some sections and names have been redacted due to privacy concerns.

Among the allegations included in Wednesday’s document dump is an allegation that Prince Andrew participated in an “underage orgy.”

A woman, known only as “Jane Doe 3,” testified in a 2014 deposition that she was “forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when he was a minor” — including at Maxwell’s apartment in London, in New York and “on a private island Epstein in the US Virgin Islands (in a sex party with many other underage girls).”

Another Epstein victim, Johanna Sjoberg, who worked as a masseuse for the financier, said in a 2016 deposition that the now-disgraced royal groped her breasts as she sat on his lap at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2001.

Elsewhere in the same deposition, Sjoberg also testified that Epstein once said former President Bill Clinton “likes them young” and that the late sex offender once suggested stopping his private jet at one of former President Donald Trump’s casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Sjoberg said she once met Michael Jackson at Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida home, but nothing untoward happened with the late pop icon.

And he testified about attending a dinner at one of Epstein’s homes where magician David Copperfield performed a trick before asking if he was aware “that the girls were being paid to find other girls,” according to the filing.
