Singer Billie Eilish is seeking a restraining order against a stalker who allegedly broke into her family home.
Earlier this month, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a report of a home invasion in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles. Law enforcement officers have arrested the suspect and the “Ocean Eyes” singer has now filed for a restraining order to keep the alleged suspect away from her and her family.

In court documents obtained exclusively by The Blast, the “Happier Than Ever” singer revealed that she is seeking protection for her, her brother, and her parents against a man named Christopher Anderson.
“My father and members of the Los Angeles Police Department recently informed me that an individual named Christopher A. Anderson or Chris Anderson recently entered the interior of my family home on January 5, 2023, unannounced and uninvited, after apparently confessed his love for me and stated that he really wanted to meet me,” he wrote in the petition. “I have seen the image of this individual and can confirm I do not know who he is and that I have had no prior contact or communication with him.”

The “Bad Guy” singer claims that he has suffered emotional injuries as a result of the break-in, including “Emotional injuries including for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, loss of continued peace, quiet and security in my childhood home and personal space as a result from repeated harassment by Mr. Anderson.”
The 21-year-old singer stated that he had tried to contact her several times between December 22, 2022, and January 5, 2023, the day before the break-in occurred. She asked the court to prevent her alleged stalker from contacting her or her family members through social media “or in any other way.”

The “when the party’s over” singer went on to say that, unfortunately, this is not the only time someone has tried to contact him, a member of his family, or stalk him, or make threats of violence against him, prompting him to “not feel safe” returning to his childhood home despite 24 hour security surveillance around the property.
“Unfortunately, this is not the first time an unknown individual has tried to contact my family and me specifically by stalking us outside my family home and by making professions of love and threats of violence against me,” he wrote. “However, each of those events, including the current one, has caused me great anxiety, fear, and emotional distress for the safety of myself and my father, mother, and brother.”

“I fear that one day one of these individuals will do something violent or very disturbing to me or one of my family members,” he continued. “Despite the 24-hour security and safety surveillance team employed by my family, I do not feel safe returning to my childhood home, visiting with my parents at their home, or being anywhere near this individual named Christopher Anderson .”
Billie’s father also recalled seeing Anderson around the property several times. “On the last occasion, January 5, 2023, Mr. Anderson was arrested after breaking into our house and was suspected of burglary,” he reported.

Previously, on December 29, 2022, around 7:35 am, Billie’s father claimed that “Mr. Anderson approached our gate and left what appeared to be a gift for one of our family members in the form of white flowers and a handwritten note. About an hour later police officers arrived at our family home. I was informed that the police later filed another report documenting the latest incident.”
“Among other things, the note left by Mr. Anderson expressed his love for my daughter Billie, claiming that at one point Billie had watched Mr. Anderson and wrote a song about Mr. Anderson, and that Mr. Anderson really wanted to see Billie,” he added.
