Singer Billie Eilish is seeking a protective order against another alleged stalker.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Ocean Eyes” singer is seeking a court order to protect her from a man who allegedly stripped and showered outside by her pool!

In court documents obtained by The Blast, the 21-year-old singer claimed that a man referred to as Mr. Black began stalking and harassing her in July 2022. In court documents, Billie admitted that this was not the first time people had “stalked, harassed and threatened” her because of her fame.
“Unfortunately, my commercial success has also coincided with random individuals, previously unknown to me, stalking, harassing, and threatening me and attempting to contact me personally and potentially harm me,” Billie wrote in court documents. “This includes disturbed individuals going to extremes, like trying to break into my house and my parents’ house.”

It should be noted that the “bad boy” singer is not only looking for protection for him. He is also looking for shelter for his parents; however, court documents make no mention of her brother, Finneas, who she has sought protection from in the past.
“Due to past events, I have been forced to employ 24-hour security and take other security measures to guard against further invasions of my and my family’s privacy,” Billie wrote. “Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, on the evening of February 20, 2023, an individual breached the wall of my private residence and proceeded to trespass on my property and stalk me.”

In court papers, Billie claims that she “found him on my pool deck around 7:30” that night. At that point, she claims that Mr. Black “among other things, took off his robe and used the outdoor shower at my house.”
The Los Angeles native immediately called the police. When local law enforcement officers arrived at the home, they were unable to find the intruder. However, they were able to track him down and arrest him. The same man appeared on security footage in July 2022 while his home was under construction and was also found at his parents’ home.

“Although this is not the first time that unknown individuals have attempted to contact my family or me and stalk us, each incident, including the February 20 incident, has caused me significant anxiety, fear and emotional stress regarding my personal safety and security. immediate family,” Billie wrote in court documents.
“I am worried that one day one of these individuals will do something violent or very disturbing to me or one of my family members,” he added.
This Is Not The First Time Billie Eilish Has Needed A Restraining Order

Just last month, the “Happier Than Ever” singer sought a restraining order against a man named Christopher Anderson, who allegedly broke into her family’s home to profess his love for her. In these court documents, also obtained by The Blast, Billie asked for protection for her parents and her brother Finneas as well.
“My father and members of the Los Angeles Police Department recently informed me that an individual named Christopher A. Anderson or Chris Anderson recently entered the interior of my family home on January 5, 2023, unannounced and uninvited, after apparently professed his love for me and stated that he really wanted to meet me,” Billie wrote in the court filing.
“I have seen the image of this individual and can confirm that I do not know who he is and that I have had no prior contact or communication with him,” he added.

Due to the incident, the “No Time To Die” singer claims she suffered “Emotional injuries including for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, loss of constant peace, tranquility and security in my home and personal space since childhood as a result of repeated incidents of harassment by Mr. Anderson.”
“I fear that one day one of these individuals will do something violent or very disturbing to me or one of my family members,” he added. “Despite the 24-hour security and safety surveillance team employed by my family, I do not feel safe returning to my childhood home, visiting with my parents at their home, or being anywhere near this individual named Christopher Anderson .”
