The planners have filed a countersuit and believe that they are entitled to keep the deposit after all the drama that went down and the aggravation they had to endure.

The actress is also accused of hiding important information from her future in-laws regarding the guest list and overall planning. The suit reads that Beckham’s guest list is “fully organized with all contact information fully vetted and almost ready to go.”
When it comes to the guest list from Nicola’s parents, there are no updates. And for Nicola and Brooklyn’s guest list, “Nicola kept texting in a [group chat] adding and removing specific guests – making the task of creating a comprehensive and complete guest list a moving target.”

They claimed to have felt scolded by the two of them especially when they asked Brooklyn for his input. “‘I don’t trust Brooklyn with this,'” Nicola claimed in a text message provided in documents for the countersuit. “You should have asked the assistant. He has no idea. And was guessing.”
The wedding planner also claimed that the wedding was almost called off by Nicola’s father, Nelson Peltz and there was a whole scene where Nicola and Claudia had to plead with the millionaire not to call off the wedding.
