The wife of the late Bob Saget, Kelly Rizzo, has expressed her willingness to meet again. In an interview, she admitted to feeling “victim guilt” but emphasized her openness to having fun.

Rizzo jokingly mentioned that her late husband, Bob Saget, may have had a different opinion about her happiness, with “Worldly Bob” possibly wanting her to be less happy.

Kelly Rizzo, widow of the late Bob Saget, has expressed her willingness to reunite. During the interview with Additionalshe mentioned that she was “open to him” and would consider going on a date if asked.

Rizzo also shared his experience of “survivor’s guilt” following Saget’s death at age 65 last year. She admits to feeling guilty about having moments of happiness, stating: “You feel guilty if you have happy moments or if you don’t feel sad all the time.”

He continued: “You feel guilty about it, but then I learned that it’s very normal. Now that enough time has passed, even his girls always say, ‘That’s stupid. Heavenly Bob wants you to be happy.'”

Rizzo humorously suggests that Saget’s “earthly” and “heavenly” selves may have different opinions about his happiness. “Early Bob would be like, ‘Not too happy.'” he joked.

On the first anniversary of Saget’s death, Rizzo posted a touching Instagram tribute featuring precious moments from their time together.

The food and travel blogger reflected on the year without him, saying, “One year. Our hearts are very heavy.”

She admitted the real feeling of not talking to or seeing her beloved husband for a year, writing, “How could I not talk to or see my beloved husband for a whole year? Real existence never ebbs. I have long accepted that reality but it still seems unreal when I see photos or videos of him being so full of life.”

Rizzo found solace in the fact that, despite her grief, she was fortunate to have spent several years as his wife. She continued: “I’m the luckiest to be his wife. I’m the luckiest to be able to live with his warmth, laughter, and brilliance, and love. I’m the luckiest to have his girls by my side. I’m the luckiest to see him in person directly helping people, making them happy, and making the world a better place.”

Saget and Rizzo first met in 2015 when the comedian went into his Instagram DMs. A year later, the lovebirds revealed their relationship to the public. In 2018, Saget and Rizzo exchanged wedding vows and tied the knot during a beautiful ceremony at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, California.

Sadly, their romance was cut short when Saget died in January 2022 after being found unresponsive in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida. Authorities later determined that his death was caused by head trauma.

In a shared statement US Weekly in February of the same year, the family explained the cause of his death, stating, “They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it, and fell asleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved.”

The late comedian was previously married to Sherri Kramer, and they have three daughters: Aubrey, 36, Lara, 33, and Jennifer, 30. The couple eventually divorced in 1997.

During his interview with AdditionalRizzo opens up about his experience on “Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test.”

He talked about going to shows that were exhausting while grieving the loss of a loved one. “When you’re going through the loss of a loved one, you don’t feel as strong because you were in it. You don’t really have that perspective,” Rizzo said.

However, he admits that other people often notice your incredible strength, adding, “But when everyone tells you that you have this incredible strength. You’re like… ‘Okay, let’s test it.'”

He also mentioned the challenges of sleeping on the show, highlighting the difficulty of sharing a room “with 14 people and people snoring and people moving around.”

According to Rizzo, “Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval and actress Tara Reid “snored a lot.”
