“Vampire Diaries” star Paul Wesley and his ex-wife, Ines de Ramon, have finally finalized their divorce a year after the actor took legal action to dissolve their marriage.
According to court documents obtained by Explosionthe couple have reached a settlement and have agreed in writing to resolve their dispute and move on with their lives.

The couple’s divorce was “uncontested”, meaning that de Ramon and Wesley had signed a written agreement regarding their joint property, domestic partnership rights and other matters.
Court documents state that “[Wesley & de Ramon] have signed a written agreement regarding their property and their marital or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is or has been submitted to the court.”
Since Wesley and de Ramon had no children during their marriage, there were no legal battles over child custody or child support.
In September 2022, the former couple confirmed their split, with the actor’s rep stating: “The decision to separate was mutual and took place five months ago. They request privacy at this time.”
The former couple’s breakup did not come as a surprise to fans of the couple as Wesley has notably been seen several times without his wedding ring.
