Milania Giudice used to be the odd one out in the “Skinny Italinas” family because she was on the chunkier side. He quickly lost 40 pounds to relieve the stress.
Milania Giudice Is Uncomfortable

The Bravo kid shared that her weight was out of control when she was in high school and in two months she ended up losing 40 pounds but it wasn’t without drama behind her, her mother is Teresa Giudice.
“I weigh a lot. My heaviest is like 150, and then when I’m done [losing weight], I’m like 110,” the 17-year-old said on her mom’s “Namaste Bitches” podcast. He reveals it doesn’t look the greatest.
“I was very thin after that. I’m really like a stick. I’m very thin because I just worked out, but I feel good.” As long as she feels good about herself, that’s all that matters (oh, and not harming her body.)
Teresa Giudice Gives Subtle Tips

Milania is adamant that her mother is not trying to encourage her to lose weight but she does imagine that the third of her four daughters is getting fatter. “My mom would — she wouldn’t say anything to me — but she’d say, ‘Oh, you’re going to eat ice cream again?'”
His younger siblings are a bit strict. Siblings will keep you guessing if you are truly part of the family and not adopted. Milania’s siblings are just like everyone else. “My sisters always throw jabs at me. Like, ‘Oh, you’re going to have some more ice cream after dinner?’ They’ll always throw a little jab at me, but it’s okay. It is whatever.”
He continued with his mother it was different. “I would say, ‘Mom, don’t say anything to me, if I’m going to have more ice cream, I’m going to have more ice cream!'” the teenager explained.
Milania Guide Doesn’t Care

The New Jersey native also shared that her comeback is “’I don’t care if I’m fat!’ I’d be like, ‘If I’m fat, I’m fat. Whatever. This is my life.’” Finally, for the reality star the change happened.
“It just clicked, and I did it.” Guidice is proud of her daughter. “They have to want to do it themselves,” he said of a healthy lifestyle. Besides, he loves his daughter in any way he can.
“You can’t force them, and I don’t want her to have any problems or anything, and I think she looks cute. He’s a little thicker.”
Teresa Giudice Pulls Out the Stops

Giudice who at one point was really into fitness and competed in bodybuilding competitions helped her daughter get out a bit. He hired a nutritionist who cooked him the “healthiest meals” three times a day.
Milania works though, she exercises twice a day, before and after school. She now describes her transition as “luminous” after she “literally felt like I was drowning in my own body.”
He wasn’t too humble about it, it led to something great for him.
“It happens to everyone. You go through excellence in your life,” he explained. “I was glowing when I hit eighth grade, I would say.”
