A Brazilian woman has been charged with attempted murder for slashing her husband’s penis after he allegedly slept with her 15-year-old niece.
The unidentified woman allegedly dragged her husband, 39, to a bed, where she bound his wrists and ankles before pulling out a razor and cutting him, according to the Daily Mail.
After breaking off the attachment, he allegedly took her picture and then flushed it down the toilet.
The woman went to the police station in Atibaia with her brother and surrendered on Dec 22.
“Good evening, officer, I’ve come to introduce myself, because I’ve just cut my husband’s penis,” she told the officer, according to the Daily Mail.
He told police that he heard it was “possible to reconnect.”
Her husband was taken to the hospital, and his condition is unknown.
Police are investigating his claims that he slept with minors. The age of consent in Brazil is 14 years.
