Bre Tiesi Makes U-turn On Baby Daddy Nick Cannon Paying Child Support

Bre Tiesi, who has a son Legendary with Nick Cannon, has changed her mind about him paying child support months after claiming she didn’t have to.

As fans know, Tiesi and the “Drumline” cast have dropped a series of skits on social media over the past few months, one of which the Instagram model used to reveal her latest child support decision, prompting a hilarious reaction from Nick.

On Instagram, the parents posted together showing them in the living room with Tiesi approaching her baby daddy, saying, “Nick, it’s time to pay child support.”

Nick immediately replied, “Como say what?” leading his baby mama to repeat with emphasis: “You have to pay child support.” The “Roll Bounce” star then quickly appeared in an Amish costume, declaring, “No, I’m not, I’m Amish.” This frustrates Tiesi as he believes it is irrelevant to the subject but still maintains he pays his dues.

Nick then teased his baby mama again, saying, “No, I’m not. I got a vaccine,” as he injected himself in his forearm, causing him to let out a loud scream.

“You still have to pay,” Tiesi insisted, but the TV host pointed out, “Not if I have more than ten children.” The social media personality then explained that it can only be done in foreign countries like China.

With that, Nick looked at the camera like he was thinking about something before Tiesi’s phone started ringing, showing his name on the screen. He was surprised but picked up and soon saw that he was already in China.

Nick can be seen in Chinese clothes, waving and jokingly greeting his partner in a foreign language. “When it’s time to start paying child support….?,” the post’s caption read, garnering over 36k likes.

In the comments section, fans had mixed reactions to the video, with some criticizing the parents while others were more on board with how funny the post was. “I like how they don’t take the comments seriously; they know what is best for them. Nobody really knows the ins and outs of people’s relationships,” said one fan.

A second joked, “Anything to avoid child support ??” while a third wrote, “???? it’s great content from behind for me.” Another follower declared, “? ?? you guys are AMAZING ❤️? this would make a sad person “crazy,” but it made me laugh out loud! ??.”

A fifth comment then read, “You two are so funny!!!!!? We need this every Monday!!!!?” followed by a sixth comment: “Hilarious ? love it ?.” However, one critic believed that the two were “trying too hard,” just as another claimed that real estate would suit Tiesi better, adding, “Obviously you think your situation is funny, you don’t have to convince us lol.”

Another user questioned, “In what world did one of them think this was a good idea…?” and a fourth critic commented, “I mean, I see they’re trying to downplay it, but deep down, it’s kind of sad lol…”

Tiesi’s latest declaration is a far cry from when she told her “Selling Sunset” co-star Amanza Smith that Nick doesn’t have to pay child support because he has over ten children.

He mentioned in the seventh episode of the series, “The way it works is like, after 10, the court can basically say he can’t afford child support. Or because he is who he is, they can say, ‘We know you can afford X amount for each household.'”

However, his lawyer, Neama Rahmani, later denied the statement: “Nick, or any father, is obligated to pay child support under California law regardless of the number of children he has.”

Earlier this month, baby daddy Tiesi poked fun at his child support challenges using an entertaining clip on TikTok. She was filmed busy with paperwork on her desk when her phone alerted her to a FaceTime call from “Baby Mama #25.”

A voice from the device also said, “Nick, it’s time for your child support,” but Cannon ignored the call, choosing instead to send an automated message that read, “Sorry, I can’t talk right now.”

The video was captioned with the same words, and unsurprisingly, fans were amused as they took to the comments to join in on the fun.
