Margolis’ manager released a statement announcing the actor’s departure. “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul” are just a few of the 83-year-old’s known credits; he is also known for his role in the hit 1983 film, “Scarface.” Before venturing into show business professionally, Margolis amassed many theater roles.
As of this writing, few details have been shared regarding Margolis’ departure.
‘Breaking Bad’s Mark Margolis Has Died
A business partner, Henry Eshelman, released a statement Friday morning about Margolis’ passing.
Margolis died with his family at his “beloved and longtime home in New York City” after a “short illness,” according to Eshelman’s statement. (per TV News Review)
The manager of the “Breaking Bad” cast called Margolis “One of a kind. We will never see the likes of her again. She is a valued client and a lifelong friend. I am blessed to have known her,” a statement from Robert Kolker read. Margolis has been a Kolker client since 2007.
According to TV News Check, the actor is survived by his wife, and their only son, his son’s wife, and their three sons. Margolis and his wife, also 83, have been married for 61 years.

Margolis later received an Emmy nomination for her work on “Breaking Bad”, She would also guest star on “Better Call Saul” several times during the series’ run.
Margolis Has Made Several Guest Appearances On Popular Television Shows Throughout The Years
The “Breaking Bad” actor (he played Hector Salamanca in the series) is also known for his many guest appearances on many TV shows, including “Gotham,” “The Affair,” and “Californication,” among others. Margolis is also known for her recurring roles on “Oz,” “Kings,” “American Horror Story: Asylum,” and “The Equalizer.” (per TV News Review).
