The bride in the so-called “wedding of the century” has apparently deleted her TikTok account featuring her $56 million wedding video after news of her new husband’s criminal charges broke.
Madelaine Brockway, a 26-year-old Florida car dealership heiress, became a viral sensation for a clip of her lavish five-day November wedding celebration in Paris that she shared on her now-defunct TikTok.
But the groom, Jacob Chase LaGrone, is stealing the spotlight from the bride now that social media users have made the allegations against him worse.
LaGrone, 29, was charged with aggravated assault of a public servant after he allegedly opened fire on police in Texas on March 14.
Three officers responded to a home after receiving several calls reporting a disturbance at the address when LaGrone allegedly shot them.

LaGrone “made threats knowingly and intentionally[ed] imminent bodily harm” and “has used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the assault, namely, a firearm,” the indictment alleges.
He appeared in court Thursday and could face up to life in prison if convicted.
Brockway did not attend the hearing in Tarrant County District Court, according to NBC News.
LaGrone was offered a plea deal in which he would be sentenced to 25 years in exchange for pleading guilty and forgoing a trial.

The couple’s surprise expensive celebration included a rehearsal dinner at the Palais Garnier, an overnight stay at the Palace of Versailles and even an intimate performance by Maroon 5.
The bride, daughter of Bob Brockway, who owns Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout Florida, wore a Dior Haute couture wedding gown.
Brockway has also set his Instagram page to private.
