Singer Britney Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, have both spoken out against new reports published over the weekend.
The report claims that the 41-year-old pop star is “using drugs” and that her family is worried that she will “die like Amy Winehouse.”
Although the comments about Britney’s meth use allegedly came from K-Fed himself, he appears to be trying to distance himself from the comments and slamming “fabrication” in the new report.

On Saturday, June 10, the Daily Mail released a bombshell report claiming new concerns about Britney’s drug use. “I’m scared he’s on drugs – I’ve been praying someone will go public and he wakes up,” Kevin told the publication.
“It’s scary. She is the mother of my sons,” he said, adding that their two teenage sons “have seen drugs delivered to his house.”
“Every time the phone rings, I’m afraid there will be bad news,” he said. “I don’t want those boys to wake up one morning and find their mother has overdosed.”

However, on Sunday, Kevin issued a response to the story, telling TMZ that the two authors of the Daily Mail newspaper “have decided to make up lies and publish the heartache our family has endured, along with the trauma of our young children. in Daily. Mail and Matahari.”
He acknowledged speaking to reporters, however, adding that he “allowed” them to enter his home “because we trusted them, but that trust was lost and we broke up in March for many reasons we chose not to go here.”

The “Hold Me Closer” singer deactivated her Instagram account on Thursday and reinstated it on Friday. She didn’t post anything until Sunday, June 11, when she decided to speak about the report for herself in an Instagram post showing a photo of a girl being bullied.
“The fact that people claim things that aren’t true is very sad… It’s probably not them who said such things because it doesn’t make sense to me for them to say that,” she wrote, referring to part of the article in which her son, Sean Preston, is said to have said , “He needs to hear us before it’s too late.”
