While there are conflicting reports about Britney’s standing with her mother and sister, it appears that she has allowed her brother to come to the Thousand Oaks estate to help her through her divorce from Sam Asghari.
On Tuesday, a source told Page Six that her brother had been “helping” her sister around the house. “He’s been staying and helping her with a therapist,” the insider said, calling Bryan’s presence “a great thing for all” of the family.
During his long conservatorship battle, Bryan was mostly silent. However, in a July 2020 podcast, he admitted that “having someone constantly telling you to do something is frustrating.”
Although Britney didn’t invite most of her family to her wedding to Sam Asghari, rumors surfaced that she had invited her brother Bryan. However, Britney later clarified the rumor on Instagram, publicly telling her, “You hurt me and you know it.”
Britney’s Relationship With Her Family Remains Complicated

On Thursday morning, a day after Sam Asghari filed for divorce, a source told Page Six that the pop star is still not “on good terms with his family” despite meeting them earlier this summer. “His meeting with his mom, it’s going well, but there’s still a lot of hurt there, so they haven’t quite reconciled,” the source said. “Britney is still very angry with Jamie Lynn too.”
In May, Lynne Spears traveled all the way from Louisiana to Los Angeles to meet Britney at her home. The following month, Britney said that she visited her sister on the set of “Zoey 102,” although Jamie Lynn has never spoken publicly about how the visit went. A source actually told the outlet that Britney lied about the tour, but it’s unclear why she would make the claim if it wasn’t true.

That same day, a source told TMZ that Britney is still “estranged” from her family. An insider told the outlet: “He has a confidante, [her manager] Cade [Hudson]. Then there’s his security team, and after that, his support system falls off the cliff.”
However, another source told the Daily Mail that Cade was just one of many people who “rallied” around the pop star amid her divorce. “He is not alone at all. Britney has her sister Jamie Lynn who is in and out of LA and she also has her mother Lynne, who is expected to arrive this weekend, if she hasn’t already flown in,” the insider said. “He has a support system including his agent and old friends [and manager] Cade [Hudson]his friends which include some of his backup dancers and his girlfriend.”

In addition to her friends and family, the source claims the “Lucky” singer also “has a team of assistants and cooks who are always around the house. She also has other employees who are always there.” It seems many of her famous friends came out to support the pop star.
“Over the past week, Britney has been getting calls and texts from everyone she knows, including people she hasn’t spoken to in years,” the source added. “He will get through this. He is getting worse and no one is going to let anything happen to him.”
One of the people reportedly in Britney’s corner is the Queen of Pop, Madonna, who has reportedly invited Britney to perform with her at one of the five Los Angeles tour stops on her Festival tour. If Britney does decide to perform, it will be her first live performance since her 13-year conservatorship was dismissed by a judge in November 2021.
