As Page Six reported, during the special, TMZ founder Harvey Levin claimed the former couple got into a huge fight in London that left him needing stitches. “He and Sam were doing it in a hotel room, and it got really bad [that] he tripped and hit the coffee table, cracking his head,” Levin claimed, adding, “He needed stitches.”
However, the outlet has also reported that Britney’s “erratic” behavior is a source of concern. In a recent episode of “TMZ Investigates,” executive producer Charles Latibeaudiere claimed the pop star’s “ups and downs” were becoming too much for Sam to “take.”

An individual is reported to be a medical professional who has experience working in the medical field. This person will reportedly help Britney manage her medication.
The pop star’s drug use hit the headlines earlier this week when a source told The Sun that Britney and Sam had an argument over her drug use. “Britney is not a healthy person without the right medication,” the source said. “No matter what he tells his conservatorship judge or convinces fans, he needs stability through a very organized medication program.”
“After he was released from conservatorship, he tried to stay away from his dependence on drugs,” the source continued. “However, in the last year that has caused many issues with his behavior becoming erratic, violent, even dangerous.”
