Pop star Britney Spears is expected to earn big from the 2002 film “Crossroads.”

The upcoming film will return to theaters for a two-night-only global fan event next month to promote her highly anticipated memoir “The Woman In Me.”

Fans have been concerned that the Pop Princess might not be compensated as “Crossroads” returns to theaters next month, but on Saturday, sources assured Page Six that the pop star will make a profit and benefit financially from the global fan event, which will also includes a line of merchandise that includes replica shirts, jackets and clothing items worn by the characters in the film.

Insiders told the outlet that the “Toxic” singer will receive money from the “back end,” meaning that she will receive an undisclosed percentage of the film’s overall profits. The terms of the agreement are reported as confidential.

According to a press release, “Crossroads” will return to the big screen for a two-day-only fan event that will take place on October 23 and October 25. The date was strategically set around the October 24th release of his memoir. The new theatrical release promises “bonus features never before seen in theaters” that fans can look forward to.

The film is about three best friends – Lucy (Britney Spears), Kit (Zoë Saldana), and Mimi (Taryn Manning) – who take a road trip together and rediscover their friendship together after years apart. Tickets for the event go on sale September 28 at 9 a.m. ET.

According to Variety, “Crossroads” will be shown in 875 theaters in 24 countries. In a statement, Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing, said, “We are excited to […] creating an opportunity for fans to enjoy this highly sought-after film in theaters, and to rally behind Britney telling her story in the upcoming release of her memoir.”

Director Tamra Davis also praised the film’s remake. “I recently re-watched ‘Crossroads’ and was blown away by the nostalgic time capsule this incredible ensemble cast brought to the screen,” he said in a statement.

The “Gimme More” singer hasn’t been promoting “Crossroads” on social media yet, but she’s been pretty busy promoting her upcoming memoir.

Just two days ago, the “Overprotected” singer took to social media to share a video of her hot book in the press. In the caption, she wrote, “Putting the finishing touches on my book … eeeek !!!” Many fans immediately expressed their excitement and assured that they already have pre-orders.

While the highly-anticipated memoir will revisit some of her high-profile relationships, it will reportedly not include a look at her split from Sam Asghari, as the “Special Ops: Lioness” actress filed for divorce on Aug. 16.
