A fan of pop star Britney Spears is calling out her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake for accusations he made in his memoir, “The Woman In Me.”
Although the former couple only dated from 1999 to 2002, their relationship was fraught with allegations of infidelity and even an unplanned pregnancy. Fans of the pop star have taken over the “Cry Me A River” singer’s Instagram page to demand accountability, and, as one fan warned, “karma is coming.”

On Instagram, TikTok, and X, formerly known as Twitter, Britney Spears fans are calling out Justin Timberlake for the way he treated the pop star after the breakup. In her memoir, “The Woman In Me,” she also claimed that “The Social Network” actress gained “power” from “shaming her” in the media. This didn’t sit well with Britney’s fans, who flooded the comments of her recent Instagram post to demand accountability and an apology.
“You forced her to have an abortion then you made a lot of money destroying her image with Cry Me a River. Karma is coming,” read one comment that has received more than 10,000 likes.
“Just a random question: what do you think about ‘revealing’ your ex’s virginity in public, blaming him for everything, getting him to have an abortion because you don’t want to be a father, being famous for a song you wrote including someone who looks like him… ?” another follower asked.
“Your son is probably in his 20s now,” a third fan chimed in. In an excerpt from “The Woman In Me,” released by the Associated Press, Britney, who was just 19 at the time, agreed not to go to a doctor or hospital to keep the pregnancy a secret. So she had a “terrible” home abortion.
“I kept crying and sobbing until it was all over,” Britney recalled in her memoir. “It took hours, and I don’t remember how it ended, but I remember, twenty years later, the pain, and the fear.”
She also recalled how the “Mirror” comedian played guitar during her abortion while she was “crying and sobbing” on the bathroom floor.

Britney Spears fans have even started creating videos compiling a list of the “best” comments on Justin Timberlake. One user also wrote, “Please stop hating on Justin; I can’t like all the comments!” Another Britney fan even dropped an NSYNC reference, writing, “Your career will go ‘bye bye bye…'” In the comments, one worked in another lyric of her song, writing, “What goes around, comes back around.”
On an Instagram video, another user wrote, “Now we understand why you don’t want the book. In front of the camera, you are the best partner, but behind the scenes, you use him to get ahead and after you get ahead you leave him. don’t you want to be a father? If you don’t have children, you are the beginning of his downfall. How sad.”
Earlier this week, a source told Us Weekly that the band boy was trying to “distance” himself from the book. “Justin will always support Britney and all her endeavors, but he’s trying to distance himself from her upcoming book,” the source said. “It’s not something he’s focused too much on in terms of anything he might talk about about their former relationship.”

“The purpose of my book is not to offend anyone in any way !!! That was me then … that was the past!!!” he started “I don’t like the headlines I read…that’s why I quit the business 4 years ago!!! Most of the books are from 20 years ago … I’ve moved and it’s a pretty clean slate from here!!!”

“I’m here to set it that way for the rest of my life!!!” he continued. “Anyway, that was the last one and s— happened !! This is actually a book that didn’t know to write … although some may be offended, it has given me closure on all things for a better future !!!”
“Hopefully I can enlighten people who feel alone in most cases or hurt or misunderstood !!! Again, my motive for this book is not to quote my past experiences that the press did and it was stupid and stupid!!!” he concluded. “I’ve since moved on !! #TheWomaninMe.”
