Singer Britney Spears is back dancing in a red bikini!
The 41-year-old pop star just returned from a trip to Mexico and revealed that she was “nauseous” during the trip. Although she blamed it on the heat, she admitted that she thought she might be pregnant!
The “Hold Me Closer” singer has two teenage sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline. She has no children with her current husband, Iranian actor Sam Asghari, whom she married in June 2022.

On Tuesday night, the “Toxic” singer took to Instagram to show off her red bikini. She teamed the look with brown heels as she twirled in circles, dropping her red bikini bottoms very low to reveal her tattoos.
In the caption, she wrote, “One week with my fasting book ? and things have changed ???? !!! I love to share and tell the truth because if I apologize we lie like my family … I won’t be able to touch the hearts of so many GOOD PEOPLE ? !!!”
Fasting Book What’s Britney Talking About?
Earlier in the night, the “Slumber Party” singer shared the cover of Stephen Harrod Buhner’s book “The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Way to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation.” While intermittent fasting is quite popular among celebrities these days, Britney says she’s all about juicing in the caption of this Instagram post.
“Oh my God…this is the first year I’ve been able to drink alcohol so my trip to Mexico with all the amazing food and wine was unbelievable!!!” he wrote. “I really like juicing and the heat makes me overwhelmed so I have to really watch what I put in my mouth … it’s confusing to be honest.”
While she would love to get out and spend time in the sun, she says it’s more “practical” to stay inside with air conditioning. However, after being “locked up” during his conservatorship, he wanted to go outside. As Britney wrote: “Staying all day with air conditioning seems like the practical thing to do but I’ve felt trapped all my life!!!”

Britney set the music in this video to Jay-Z’s “Holy Grail” featuring Justin Timberlake. In the caption, Britney wrote, “I’m wearing my party dress ?!!!!! My first yellow tutu!!!”
Anyone Remember Rose?
The pop star then followed up the video with three recent photos of her staring into the camera. A similar photo was posted near the end of his conservatorship, which was ultimately dismissed by a judge in November 2021.
In the caption, Britney wrote, “Remember Rose ? ??? 3 years never seen a photo of Rose !!!! Time flies so fast ? !!!!” Although fans have suspected that “Rose” was really Britney’s alter ego developed during her conservatorship, this has never been confirmed.
