Singer Britney Spears is “feeling herself” in a new Instagram post featuring the 40-year-old pop star returning to her old home.
It’s been about a year since the “Hold Me Closer” singer was released from her controversial conservatorship, but fans are worried not much has changed, as she’s still posting old photos and videos that worry fans.

In her latest Instagram video, the “Toxic” singer posted a one-minute-and-three-second clip of herself standing in front of the camera in a long silk nightgown. In the video, she plays with her hair and puts her hands on her body as her dog, Sawyer, jumps on her at several points in the video, at one point placing both hands on her chest.
The song playing in the background is Justin Bieber’s “Honest” featuring Don Toliver. In the caption, Britney wrote, “First time showing me in pajamas !!! Everything is silk and beautiful ??? !!! This is me this morning FEELING MYSELF with my baby ?? !!! ‘Honest’ by Justin Bieber ??? !!! Psss I drank a cup of coffee first of course ☕️!!!”

“Has anyone seen this post and barely imagined THIS is the Britney Spears we all grew up with? From that….TO THIS? It’s almost unbelievable. I mean how did he end up like this? From Baby Again and Oops to THIS. It’s not true…” commented one fan. Many fans agreed with the comment, with one fan saying, “I’m glad to see someone else finally say this. I know it sounds crazy but sometimes I think maybe it’s not the same person.”
Other fans are just confused. “Something is wrong here,” wrote one fan. “At this point, I’m so confused,” another follower agreed. “I really don’t think he made this video to post here. Where is he really?” a third fan asked.

There are also many concerns that he continues to post videos from his old home. In June, she married Iranian actor Sam Asghari and the two are set to move into a new home together. However, Britney only posted one video allegedly from the backyard of the new home, and it was quickly deleted.

Other fans claimed that Sam had sent from the new house and the two did not live together for several months after marriage.
It’s true that the couple has been spending time apart lately; in another since-deleted Instagram video, Britney claimed that Sam was supposed to be gone for a week because of work. However, he ended up having to leave for at least a month because he was working on a new project.

Other fans worry that Britney is not as free as she seems. The “Stronger” singer adopted Sawyer when he was just a puppy while on vacation in Maui in February of this year. While fans feel that the video is “old” because Britney is still in her old house, Sawyer appears to be a few months old, so the video was likely filmed more recently than it appears.
“She said she moved with her husband and was going to show the new house, she didn’t move because all the boxes are gone now and she’s still stuck there,” said one user. “The dog was a puppy a few months ago and now he’s bigger but he’s still in the same house where he was locked up. He’s not free he’s still locked up.”
It remains to be seen when, or if, Britney will address fans’ concerns and tell them what really happened. It seems unlikely, as Britney was heard off-screen during Sam’s Instagram Live, saying, that she doesn’t want to talk to “them.”
