Pop star Britney Spears has finally paid off the traffic ticket she received after her exchange with police was all caught on video.
The 41-year-old pop star was fined $327 for driving over double yellow lines. The fine was due on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, and the “Toxic” singer paid it right on the deadline.

On October 6, Britney was pulled over for crossing a double yellow line. The California Highway Patrol slapped him with a $327 citation which he finally paid on Tuesday, November 21st, the day it was due. The total bill was for $332, probably due to the $5 charge.
It seems like a pittance to the pop star, who has made a fortune from the release of her memoir, “The Woman In Me.” The book sold over 1.1 million copies in its first week of release and topped the New York Times bestseller list.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Britney’s only parking violation in recent history. He had to pay a $1,140 fine for a previous citation on Sept. 10, when he was pulled over for going 61 in a 41 mph zone. As The Blast previously reported, he had no license or insurance in his vehicle when he was pulled over.

He did have these documents, of course, but they were not with him in the vehicle at the time he was pulled over. These documents are usually held by his security personnel for his own protection, but it is not clear why they were not with him when he was detained.
Footage of the two stops has made its way online and has been widely circulated across X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. While some fans felt that the police “harassed” the “Oops!… I Did It Again” singer, others felt that it made Britney more relatable.
Although the footage was made online at the end of October, it seems the pop star just found out about it. On Monday night, the “Toxic” singer took to Instagram to express how the police had “demoralized” her after they pulled her over.
Britney Calls The Police On Her Hottest
On Monday, the Pop Princess shared a photo of her holding one of her sons in what appears to be a pumpkin patch. In the caption, she wrote, “He said ‘Mamma !!! Is that you!?? Are you going to let the police pull you over and talk s— to you ???? Is it allowed to demoralize and talk s— to a woman while filming you, mamma ???’ I honestly like America … I DON’T KNOW !!!”
It’s unclear if Britney was talking about the footage of the traffic stop that made it online or if she pulled over on Saturday when she and her longtime manager Cade Hudson were spotted out and about dining at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Britney has called the police for disrespect, either. Earlier this year, after her Instagram knife dancing video went viral, she took to Instagram to call the police a “joke” after they conducted a welfare check on her home.
In the caption of her initial Instagram post, Britney asked, “Is it a joke in the news again with welfare checks??? Come on America … we’re better than that, aren’t we ??? Officers came to my house and said they wouldn’t leave until they talked to me when people did a 4-minute show with them.”
He then said, “I’m sorry,” before adding, “I’ve been bullied in my house for so long..ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO it!!! Since my mom does the silent treatment when the paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m wrong…nope, that’s the old game. People need to be responsible for their actions! This is about power for the police.”

However, he later changed his caption slightly. “So it’s not acceptable for the police to listen to random fans and come to my house for no reason … Jesus Christ … can I make a call and make someone else feel threatened in your house???” she wrote at the start of her new caption. “Officers came to my house and said they wouldn’t leave until they talked to me like people were doing a 4-minute show with a knife.”
“I got an apology. I have been bullied in my house for so long…ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO it!!! Since my mom keeps quiet when the paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m wrong…no it’s an old game,” she added. “People need to be responsible for their actions! This is about power for the police.”
