Everyone loves a good tip or trick, right? Burke knows this and wants to help her fans by sharing some of the things that helped her achieve a successful summer of health.

“People want tips and tricks and takeaways. I feel like people always want to know the tips and tricks and secrets of the industry, so I’m always checking out different products and I feel like there’s a lot out there to soak up,” she told The Blast exclusively.

“So I don’t really associate myself or really share any information about products that I haven’t actually used and reacted to.”

With that, he has a list of products he uses and wants to share his wealth of knowledge with others.

Some Summer Health And Fitness Essentials For Brooke Burke

One important supplement that Burke feels is a “must have” is Tru Niagen. It’s something he’s picked up all year.

“It is a supplement for my cells. I take it every day. I will also double the dose if I feel weak,” he said. “I think summer is a time of more decadence, more entertaining, more traveling so it’s really important for me to be mindful of what I put in my body.”

Another supplement she swears by is ketone shots, which she takes before working out. He explains that it gives him “an amazing burst of energy, also some brain clarity.”

His list of must-haves is not only focused on the health and well-being of the body, but also the mind.

Burke recently partnered with a company called “Smart Change.” They have note cards and inspirational journals that she includes in her retreat swag bag. Journals have become another must-have for summer.

“I like journaling, because I journal myself every day. And I try to do it either in the morning, which is my favorite time, or sometimes I’ll do it at the end of the day,” he said.

“But this is a good time to take a moment, look inward, stay accountable and connect with yourself. I really enjoyed it. I think a journal becomes the story of your life.”

Have a Yoga Mat, Will Travel!

Another summer must-have for fitness gurus and actors is the yoga mat. If Burke has a yoga mat while traveling, her health goals don’t have to be on vacation when she does.

“If I’m traveling and I have a yoga mat, I can get some light hand weights wherever I am, I can design that digital gym anywhere in the world and not compromise my health goals,” he explained to The Blast. “I think for the summer, finding something that you can do while traveling is very, very important.”

Another must-have that goes with a yoga mat is some workout content, pre-downloaded.

“Get yourself a digital program that you enjoy, bring your playlist, download it before you go, and I think that helps you stay motivated for the summer,” she adds.

Ankle weights are also important for Burke, so she can start her workout routine wherever she is.

“Ankle weights are amazing. They are always in my gym bag,” she said. “And I use ankle weights of a pound or two and it really helps tone and tighten the booty, so that’s really important.”

“Summer, I think is a really amazing time to take care of your skin. It’s a very important time to stay hydrated, and it’s a very important time I think in beauty too that less is more. You know, we’re traveling, we’re packing our beach bags. So summer essentials for me are about energy, it’s about hydration, and it’s also about skin vitality.”

Since summer weather can be hard on the skin, some other must-haves for Burke include dry brushing, going to the sauna and staying hydrated.

“I do that during the summer because our skin gets dull. We use a lot of sunscreen, I think we’re exposed to more sunlight than usual and if you don’t stay hydrated our skin gets dry. So one of the best things we can do is do for our skin is hydrate, water, water, water.”
