Brooklyn Cooks Fettuccini Alfredo… Or So He Thinks
“Fettuccine Alfredo today with @silk Nextmilk. Made from plants, tastes like milk, and excels in this dish. Who’s next? #whosnext #SilkNextmilk #ad,” he captioned the video.
But here’s the catch, he doesn’t use fettuccini noodles or batter to make Alfredo sauce.
Let me tell you, PEE people!
HER Crowd With Her Version of Fettuccini Alfredo!
“There is not 1 thing in this recipe that is Alfredo???? This is Bechamel. I’m sure it’s delicious but it’s spaghetti in Béchamel not Alfredo,” shared one.
“No no and again no! So many mistakes in just one dish! Please don’t!” another commented.
A confused viewer wrote, “Where’s the seasoning where’s the cheese.. where’s all the good stuff.. just the milk?”
“Pretty sure that’s 1) not fettucine and 2) not Alfredo sauce ?,” and “Fun way to use the product but… Where’s the fettucine (along with the seasonings),” wrote another.
And this disapproving viewer really got their point across, “You’re actually describing a completely different dish than the one in your video. You don’t use fettucine and you don’t make Alfredo sauce. You don’t use seasonings or cheese and honestly, it looks disgusting. I would say try again but to be honest I dread to think what you will screw up next time.”
This is not the first time he has faced extreme backlash over his cooking.
Brooklyn with Chef Kevin Lee @chefboylee makes a Sunday roast with potatoes, mushroom sauce, Yorkshire pudding and carrots.
Many reviewers said the beef looked “raw”.
“Can also bite a cow while it’s grazing ?,” commented one.
“That’s just a reckless amount of butter for that much meat ?♂️,” wrote another.
One naysayer added, “The only vegetables he has are carrots with some barely cooked meat and watery donkey gravy?? ??.”
Despite the negativity, Chef Gordon Ramsay defends Brooklyn.

In an interview with MailOnlinethe 56-year-old says it’s not Brooklyn’s fault for having famous parents.
The 23-year-old has tried various careers including being a footballer, photographer and now a chef.
She is also involved in modeling like her parents.
Ramsay feels everyone should shut their mouths, because (despite the old adage) the more cooks in the kitchen, the better.
“Brooklyn has grown up with my children and is the child of our friends. I didn’t see the video of his beef being said to be ‘raw’,” he said MailOnline. “But even as a 12-year-old, playing soccer, Brooklyn was always excited about food. So, I’m glad he’s gone down that path and he’s found something he really likes to do.”
The Michelin-Star chef feels Brooklyn, adding, “It’s tough, isn’t it? Because he doesn’t ask for that level of aggression from having famous parents. It may come from a certain way, but it is not his fault. So, I have no problem against it. I’m excited. We have another chef joining the mix.”
