The couple were together for almost 12 years before splitting this summer due to infidelity on the part of the FC Barcelona player.

The former FC Barcelona man complied with his ex-lover’s wishes to avoid a nasty court fight. It should be noted that the couple was never legally married to each other.
In a joint statement to TMZ, Shakira and Piqué said, “We have signed a custody agreement. Our sole objective is to provide the best safety and protection to our children and hope they can continue their lives in a safe and calm environment.”
The “marathon” negotiations began on Monday, November 7, in the afternoon at the former house of Shakira and Piqué in Barcelona in Esplugues de Llobregat.
Their “stingy” custody meeting did not end until early Tuesday morning, according to El Periodico.

The cost will be borne by both of them.”
Although Shakira has custody outside of her rights, she still faces a major tax fraud claim in Spain and potentially eight years in prison.
In September, a Spanish judge ordered him to stand trial for failing to pay his taxes.

Shakira recently spoke about the upcoming trial and described it as her “darkest hour.”
The Colombian native insists he paid taxes on his earnings from 2012-2014 while living part-time in Spain.
However, the judge wasn’t buying it and wanted to put him in prison for eight years. In addition to possible jail time, he will also be ordered to pay a large fine.
Shakira denied any wrongdoing and rejected a plea deal with prosecutors. The plea deal will allow him to avoid a trial.
Shakira Remains Not Guilty In Tax Fraud Case
