‘Swifties’ got a warm welcome on Thursday morning when the “Glitch” singer announced more tour dates for her “Eras Tour” for next year.
Excitement for Swift’s Canadian tour dates may have been fueled in part by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s (now known as “X”) Twitter call for the singer to add Canadian dates following his July 5 announcement of 14 newly added dates in the US, UK and Europe.

The “Hits Different” singer got social media attention with his announcement; The X thread is filled with comments, including one which says, “WOMEN, SIX TORONTO DATES ARE NOT CANADA,” along with a sobbing emoji and a Canadian flag.
Swift will play three dates in Miami, FL, three in New Orleans, Louisiana, and three in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the US before hitting Toronto with six dates. The dates are from November 14 to 16, and it will resume after a short break on the 21st and through the 23rd.
Gracie Abrams will also return as the show’s opener.
Canadian ‘Swifties’ Have Some Questions About Singer’s Canadian Dates Limited To One City
Fans have a lot to talk about about Swift’s marathon date in Toronto!
In the thread for the aforementioned tweet bemoaning the limited dates to Toronto, a fan had a suggestion.
