- Under the Account Privacy option, disable the Private Account option and tap Switch to Public.

- Open Instagram, then go to the post you want to share and tap on the three vertical dots on the right side of the post.
- Now click on the Link option from the bottom of the screen in the middle.
Note: The post will now be available on your device and available to post to your story. However, you should keep in mind that content from a private account cannot be downloaded.
