Carrie Underwood looked every inch the fitness icon in a grueling workout snap used to promote her Fit52 app earlier this year. Posting to her Instagram account, the fitness app founded in 2020, Fit52 paid tribute to its famous founder with a photo of weights, which showed Carrie working out and showing off her toned body. Looking fit and great as he handles his dumbbells like a pro, the 39-year-old has fans watching him, and his app! One user also commented saying that they are starting their Fit52 journey thanks to Carrie, and they are actually asking for a little “luck”.
Jaw-Down Workout Body
Carrie is now as famous for her legs as she is for her powerful voice. This photo, however, focuses on the strong arms of the country star. The share, which was posted in August, shows Carrie indoors, on a yoga mat, breathing steadily as she does push-ups while resting her body weight on hands holding two black dumbbells.
Dressed in a cute pink tank from her CALIA clothing line, Carrie wowed fans with her feminine outfit, also figure-hugging as she opted for a tight top.

Showing off her chiseled arms and shoulders, Carrie also flaunted her toned legs as she rocked a pair of thigh-skimming shorts. The “Cry Pretty” hitmaker opted for a simple and practical hairstyle as she wore her light locks pulled back into a ponytail. She was, however, glamorous for the shoot wearing a full face of makeup.
“Up the resistance and spice up your next workout by adding some select equipment! From dumbbells to gliders, we offer nine in-app equipment options to help you build strength and achieve all of your health goals,” one caption read. Fans are then invited to share their favorite gear in the comments.
‘Wish me luck!’
This is one fan base that reads captions. “Resistance bands, steps and benches,” said one user. Meanwhile, a Fit52 newbie replied: “Yikes. I’m starting to live a healthier life and can definitely benefit from @fit52 products. Wish me luck! ??.” Carrie released her app in early 2020 and with it Find Your Path book.
Fitness Is A ‘True Passion’
Speaking as she promoted her yet-to-be-launched app three years ago, Carrie revealed that fitness is a “real passion” for her.
“The fit52 app combines what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and completely accessible for anyone who wants help with exercise. We work hard to create high-quality user-friendly apps designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are in your health journey, and I’m very proud of it,” he added.
Carrie has already established herself in the fitness space and still sells her popular clothing line CALIA, which launched in 2015.
