The popular fitness trainer loves sharing recipe videos almost as much as she loves sharing her popular workout videos! In a recent Instagram post, she showed her followers how she made her raspberry skins and instructed fans on how to make their own. It was so good, she couldn’t resist licking the spoon on camera!

“Protein Raspberry Bark – a high protein, delicious, sweet treat that takes minutes to make. Be sure to Save and Send to those with a sweet tooth. About 480 [calories] for WHOLE and 75g of protein,” she wrote in the caption. “I made this for some friends the other day and they loved it so much that I sent them home with a tray.”

To make the recipe, Senada mashed 12 oz of raspberries and then set them aside. In a separate bowl, she mixes 16 oz of Greek yogurt with 3 scoops of chocolate protein powder, which weighs 90 grams for the brand she uses.

Fans can, if they wish, add 1 tablespoon of honey or their own favorite sweetener before mixing well by hand. He then spread this mixture on a piece of parchment paper and placed mashed raspberries on top. He put the baking tray in the fridge for about two hours to let it harden.

Before eating it, she lets it thaw on the counter for 5-10 minutes if it’s too frozen.

Fans had mixed reactions to Senada’s latest recipe. “I tried some of your recipes and they were too sweet because of the protein powder,” commented one fan. “It depends on what protein powder you use my lovely. Most out there are unhealthy and too sweet. Worked well,” replied Senada.

“I’ve always been irrationally concerned about someone standing in the corner of the counter like that. It looks very uncomfortable. I think the light is nice and just me?” another follower asked. “My kitchen lacks space,” replied Senada. “It’s small. It is the best angle to be able to shoot. I should show the view from above. My partner has to be in another corner to film.”

However, some fans are excited to try his new recipe. “Delicious! Sometimes I mix a scoop of vegan protein powder with skyr yogurt to make a pudding type thing. I would definitely be willing to try this idea with raspberries!” a fan shared. “Looks good! Everyone in my house loves raspberries, I have to try,” commented another follower.
