Celine Dion Will Not Resume Her Tour In February

Regarding her ongoing therapy, Dion said the symptoms of the disease affect all aspects of her daily life, most importantly, the use of her vocal cords. And despite being on the “road to recovery,” he won’t be able to restart his postponed tour.
