On March 2, 2022, American actor and singer Darren Criss took to his IG and shared the sad news of the death of his brother Charles W Criss. He posted a series of pictures of one of his brothers and a long statement regarding his brother’s death. She wrote, “It breaks my heart beyond measure to say that my beloved brother Charles has left us.”
Darren added, “His loss has left a debilitating rift in the lives of his mother, his brother, his three young children, and their respective mothers.” He shared about his own struggle to come to terms with his brother’s suspected death that would take him the rest of his life.
Then he goes on to add that his brother is loved for his stupidity and stupidity. Charles is Darren’s “ready made best friend” and they are inseparable. Growing up they shared a love of music and his raw talent as an artist.

“Even though Chuck’s mental health is gone, it’s not something that defines who he is,” Darren wrote of his brother. “All the interesting, inspiring, positive things about his life far outweighed the circumstances in which it ended.”
He added, “He was a good man with a good heart who contributed a lot of laughter, music, and joy to the world. And for those who were lucky enough to participate in those wonderful moments, it is wonderful to know that the memories are many, lasting, and cannot be thrown away.”
