She captioned the snap, “Happy Valentine’s Day,” before tagging her fiance in the picture. Before the end of February 14, the lovers shared dinner. However, that’s when something went wrong.
Taking to Instagram to share how unlikely the dinner was, Chase said in his video that they had frozen pizza. But as they ate it, he noticed that the pizza tasted strange, describing the taste as “horse’**”. That prompted him to look at the pizza box, and to their surprise, they saw that it had expired in January 2021.
The Medders also took to Instagram to share why they had frozen pizza for dinner. In a video on her Instagram story, she explained, “Ok guys, just to preface why we have pizza for our Valentine’s meal is because that’s what Chase wanted. And it happened to be expired.”
In the background, Chrisley claims she doesn’t want “frozen pizza.” However, Medders revealed that she ate everything and felt fine, to which her fiance replied, “yeah, and that’s your problem. but that’s evil. I told you a horse”
Medders then ended his update by informing fans that they would end the special day by watching the Ashton Kutcher and Reese Witherspoon movie, “Your Place or Mine.”
Fans will remember that the couple got engaged last year after a not-so-steady romance. The Blast published that the Medders talked about how shaky their romance was on an episode of Savannah Chrisley’s podcast. While chatting with Savannah, the 26-year-old explained the struggles she and her lover faced in the relationship.
According to Medders, “We started talking right before COVID hit. It was on and off, and then we were doing really well, and then we had this, like, big breakup where we didn’t talk for fun — I want to say it was two months, but it might be more like two weeks.”
Regardless of the break, the couple got back together and continued to work things out — leading to their engagement.
Chase Chrisley’s Thoughts On His Father’s Prison Sentence
As you know, the Chrisleys are going through a tough time since both Todd and Julie were convicted. Moments after the announcement of their prison sentences, Chase spoke about his feelings. Chrisleys first son revealed how he feels about his parents’ confidence while on his sidernSavannah podcast.
The conversation started with some playful banter between the siblings before Savannah hinted at her silence after their parents’ convictions.
In response, Chase said, “I don’t owe people an explanation,” he told his sister. “I don’t need to explain my feelings to anyone, other than the people I love and care about. Obviously, what we’ve been through is hell, it’s a terrible, terrible situation, but I have to try and find the good, even in the darkest of times.
Chase further explained his reasons for remaining silent amid the drama. In his words, “I think … I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m not going to worry about what other people are [in] the world is thinking and saying about me.”
The TV personality continued, “I have to make sure I’m good, so I can be good for the Emmys. I need to make sure my family is emotionally okay and that I am in a [good] put it emotionally so I can be there for my loved ones. That’s why I don’t say anything on Instagram. I think I’ve done the work behind the scenes, and I think that will pay off and let the work speak for itself.”
