Chelsea Lazkani is all smiles in her first public appearance since her estranged husband, Jeff Lazkani, responded to her divorce filing with his own allegations.
In his response, Jeff claims that the “Selling the Sunset” star has been exhibiting some “suspicious behavior” since he started divorce proceedings last month.

The realtor was seen enjoying a session of retail therapy wearing a tight white dress with a plunging neckline that accentuated her chest and accentuated her figure.
She paired the figure-hugging dress with a set of matching floral earrings and necklace, and black peep-toe heels. She also carried an oversized woven brown bag and accentuated her face with minimal make-up.
Notably, Chelsea’s ring finger is missing her diamond wedding ring, which Daily Mail was last seen on March 14 in Los Angeles.

As noted above, the high-end realtor’s outing comes just days after his estranged lover slammed him with a response to his divorce filing expressing his desire for a divorce as well, citing irreconcilable differences.

Inside Jeff’s Harsh Accusations Against Chelsea
Jeff highlighted his concerns for the safety of himself and the two children he shares with Chelsea, son Maddox Ali and daughter Melia Iman, in a written declaration, as detailed by his lawyer.
He insists that he and the children are not safe, hinting at the possibility that he and his estranged wife may not be able to live together in their Manhattan Beach home, where Jeff is the primary owner.
The father-of-two further claimed that Chelsea deliberately “provoked” him and recorded it as a ploy to incite a reaction.
Repeating her allegations of domestic violence, she claimed that Oppenheim Group employees had been “physically aggressive” before and after filing for divorce.

In one alleged incident, the television personality “struck” him in the face “in an aggressive manner,” causing his glasses to break and a small cut to the side of his face after the incident.
Jeff also emphasized his concerns about his estranged wife’s behavior, stating that she had been “behaving suspiciously” and attributed the loss of many of her “personal items” to him.
These items were reported missing from their home after Chelsea filed for divorce in March.

Jeff Wants Chelsea Kicked Out of Their Shared Home
Going further in the written declaration, Jeff expressed his “shock” when he learned of Chelsea’s decision to file for divorce via text message from TMZ.
He claims that upon learning of his intention to dissolve their marriage, he texted Chelsea but got no response.
That same day, Chelsea’s brother started staying at their residence without informing Jeff. That day, as a heartbroken Jeff recalled, was the last time he slept at their beach house.
The Blast points out that Jeff disclosed the later discovery that the mother of his two children had opened a separate bank account around the time he started the marriage dissolution process.
Additionally, Jeff explained Chelsea’s other suspicious behavior, which he noted involved her “sneaking around the property” and trying to enter her room “when she thought she wasn’t home.”
With all these claims in play, Jeff is asking for “exclusive use and possession” of the five-bedroom beach house, meaning Chelsea, whose name is not on the mortgage, will have to vacate the property.

In case you missed it, The Blast obtained Chelsea’s divorce filing in which she cites “irreconcilable differences” and is asking for joint physical and legal custody of her and Jeff’s children.
He also asked the court to make Jeff pay his wife’s support and protection for her legal fees. Additionally, Chelsea acknowledged that the full details of her separate property assets and liabilities were unclear at the time she filed.
However, he highlighted his plans to either include this information in the petition or disclose it in a “Preliminary Declaration and/or Final Disclosure” once he knows the details.
Chelsea filed a petition for dissolution of marriage on March 27 at Stanley Mosk Court in LA.
