“Selling the Sunset” fans are in for another nasty divorce as Chelsea Lazkani’s estranged husband, Jeff Lazkani, responds to her divorce filing with serious allegations.
According to recent court documents, the realtor’s ex-lover willingly accepted the dissolution of their marriage. However, he claimed he wanted a split because of Chelsea’s “physically aggressive” behaviour.

Last month, the reality TV star filed to end her relationship with Jeff after nearly seven years of a seemingly happy relationship. Unfortunately, it seems that terrible things are happening behind the scenes if Jeff’s narrative is to be believed.
In legal documents filed on April 2, she claimed through her lawyer that she also wanted a divorce and cited irreconcilable differences. He further explained the reasons behind his desire to leave Chelsea in a written declaration, accusing him of domestic violence.
He said his estranged wife had been “behaving suspiciously” and blamed him for the loss of many of his “personal items”. These items were allegedly missing from the Manhattan Beach, California home after Chelsea filed for divorce in March.

As for his alleged domestic violence, Jeff recalled, per PEOPLE, that the TV personality “hit” him “in the face in an aggressive manner.” His action allegedly broke his glasses and caused a small cut on his face.

Jeff Lazkani Claims Chelsea Deliberately Provoked Him
The allegations against Chelsea don’t end there, as Jeff emphasized in his written declaration that neither he nor his two children — son Maddox Ali and daughter Melia Iman — are safe.
She claims that for the sake of the couple’s children’s well-being, the ex-couple should not be living in their Manhattan Beach home, which Jeff insists he is the primary owner of. He also claimed that Chelsea needed to stay away from him.
Jeff claims his estranged wife “provoked” him and “recorded him in an attempt to catch him reacting to her.” He doubled down on his domestic violence allegations, accusing Chelsea of being “physically aggressive” before and after he filed for divorce.

She claims he went so far as to install a lock on the master bedroom to exclude her and then “remotely monitored her access to the property and recorded her at the property.”

Jeff Feels Blinded By Divorce
If the domestic violence allegations weren’t enough, Jeff claims he was “shocked” after finding out Chelsea had filed for divorce via text message from TMZ.
He claims that after learning of his move to end their marriage, he texted Chelsea; however, he did not answer. That same day, the Netflix alum brother also started sleeping over at the Manhattan Beach house without telling Jeff.
The heartbroken husband stated that the last time he slept at their beach house was the day he found out about the divorce. He allegedly later learned that Chelsea had opened a separate bank account around the time she filed for separation.
Jeff went on to highlight his estranged wife’s suspicious behavior, claiming she had been “sneaking around the property” and trying to enter her room “when he thought she wasn’t home.”

Jeff Wants Chelsea Out Of Their Manhattan Beach House
In his filing, Jeff asked for “exclusive use and possession” of the former couple’s five-bedroom home, which they bought for $2.9 million in 2018. He asked Chelsea, who he said was not named in the mortgage, to leave the luxury property. .
Jeff asked the court to give him 48 hours to get what he needed from the property and not be allowed in for more than two hours to collect his belongings. He also wanted a “neutral party” to be there to help them divide up items they might dispute.
To support his case, Jeff points out that Chelsea has other options for housing and can stay with a friend named Savannah, who lives nearby. If she doesn’t want to bump into her friend, she claims the reality TV star can afford to stay at an Airbnb.
As for their divorce, Jeff wants them both to pay their own attorney’s fees and ask the court to terminate their right to spousal support. He stated that he needed time to sort out his properties and assets but ultimately wanted them separated from his estranged wife.

Chelsea Lazkani Asks for Spousal Support
In her divorce filing, Chelsea cited irreconcilable differences as her reason for the separation. Despite imagining that she could no longer live with Jeff, she requested joint physical and legal custody of their two children.
As for her claim, the reality TV star is asking for legal fees and costs incurred in the divorce proceedings to be covered by her estranged husband. She also wants Jeff to pay spousal support but has no information about their property.
Chelsea explained that she needed time to complete the details of her separate property and assets, stating she would update the court as soon as the information was available. Her move to end her marriage to Jeff comes nearly seven years after the couple said their vows in August 2017.
