According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the former celebrity couple has settled their ongoing divorce and will follow the prenuptial agreement they signed before getting married.
In the deal, the former couple agreed Cheryl kept all royalties and earnings from ‘Dancing With The Stars’, along with residuals and money earned with ‘QVC.’ Of course, Matthew, who is a former child star, will also keep any royalties and residuals himself.

The good news is that the couple agreed to waive any spousal support to be paid to each other, but the bad news is that it looks like they have a problem with the dog.
“The court expressly reserves jurisdiction for a later determination of the issue of ownership of the dog “Ysabella,” the filing said.
It continued, “On May 20, 2019, Petitioner and Respondent entered into a Prenuptial Agreement. (The Agreement) is valid and enforceable in all respects, and neither Party challenges the validity of the Prenuptial Agreement. The terms of the Prenuptial Agreement are incorporated into this Judgment. “
In other words, all finances have been taken care of beforehand. Additionally, they will both pay their own attorney fees.

Cheryl Burke Reportedly In ‘No Rush’ To Get Back In The Dating Pool

Interestingly, a report surfaced this week claiming Burke is “in no rush” to divorce. That is clearly not the case. This judgment and settlement will officially make the couple legally divorced — and apparently the process is easy because of their prenup.
“There’s no rush. It’s not like I have someone else to marry tomorrow, and I don’t want to either. I’m not dating anyone right now,” Us Weekly reported.
Technically she is now open to legally marrying someone else.

Burke addressed the breakup on Instagram following The Blast’s story, saying, “I know I’ve always said I’m an open book with you guys, I try to be, and in writing this I realize that there really isn’t an easy way to announce that my marriage will end.” Adding, “I hope you can understand that I will not comment further at this time and I ask for understanding and privacy. Thank you all for all the kind words and support you have given me.”
