A few days ago, the professional dancer known for her dynamic performances on the popular reality show revealed her resources for dealing with mental health. In the latest update to the resource list, he has added new and clear tools to help people struggling with mental health issues.

In a new video posted to her Instagram page, she shares a short dance routine dressed in a dark plum ensemble of tights and a crop top with a crop gray hoodie. She begins the clip by saying, “So another resource of mine, obviously for my mental health, is dancing.”
He then demonstrates the steps very slowly while saying the instructions before actually dancing them in the right timing, first facing the camera and leaning it on the second. The 38-year-old wrote in the caption:
“Another resource of mine that has honestly saved my life is… #DANCE, so I decided to create a dance tutorial for YOU all!”

He then invites his followers to share their moves and tag them so he can repost them. In conclusion, he emphasized that being perfect is not the goal, on the contrary, mental health is a priority.
Her followers in the comments section appreciate her dedication to sharing resources with them and her dancing skills. Like this fan who wrote, “Love this so much! You make it look so easy!”
Another said, “It looks easy, but I think I’d better practice! Thanks for sharing. ???.” A third user commented, “Well, you make it look so easy! I will make my children try with me tomorrow.”

Previously the choreographer had shared some other tools that helped his struggle. The Blast reports on how the star has had a very eventful 2022 — from divorce to leaving “DWTS” after more than a decade on the show.
She opens up about her experience and reveals the resources that helped her along the way. In the video, the television host details five resources that help maintain her mental health.
The “DWTS” alum highlighted therapy as her primary resource, followed by Bree Malanson’s online courses “Beyond Form,” Diamond Painting, Transcendental Meditation and the Binaural Beats Brainwaves App.
He encourages his followers to take control of their mental health and prioritize self-care. “It’s all about growing and learning, and that’s something I’ve been really excited to do lately,” he said. “The only person who can fill your cup is you.” He wrote:
