The woman, named Caroline Schmitz filed documents in LA where she accuses the comedian of sending her threats to share intimate videos of herself that he claims she sent him when they were entangled.
D’Elia will go to the other end of the spectrum and claim to have never met this woman before, he doesn’t know her. In addition, he actually sends threatening audio and text messages and has been doing so for years.
Schmitz claims that D’Elia knew who he was and could pinpoint when they met in 2017 when he was on the comedy circuit.

Schmitz said in court documents obtained by TMZ that he and D’Elia had been in contact several times in 2017. After a hiatus, he heard back in May via his OnlyFans account. The only problem is that Schmitz doesn’t seem to have definitive proof that D’Elia threatened him.
He said in the document that the account he “trusted” was Whitney the star’s personal OnlyFans account allegedly threatened to post his private videos and tried to scare him out of Los Angeles.
A clue to the OF model that D’Elia is he, “recognizes his writing style.” Which led her to believe that the comedian had hacked her phone and accessed her personal files.

The Army of the Dead the actor has responded to the accusations through his lawyer Andrew Brettler. “This accusation is fantastic because it is slander. Chris has never met this person,” Brettler’s lawyer claimed TMZ.
“But over the past year, he has been sending increasingly disturbing text and audio messages, including making threats against her and her family. If anyone’s going to get a restraining order here, it’s going to be Chris.”
The publication also aired audio of some of the messages Schmitz allegedly sent to the comedian. They refer to them as “rambling” and quote the OF model as saying, “have I killed or left me alone – I’d die to get away from your bad ass.”

The actor’s lawyer’s claim that he was unaware of this woman could be genuine if this footage is really her. A judge also believes that D’Elia could actually be the victim here because the actor has been granted a temporary restraining order until a trial scheduled for October.
