While promoting his latest box office hit, “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” the entertainer opened up about his experiences as a father to two adorable girls.

When the talk show host asked what it’s like to have two girls, the TV personality admitted that it’s a whole new world. “I like it, man. It was great,” the CinemaCon Award winner declared.

“You know, I have a 10-year-old son, so this is my first time having a daughter,” the Virginia native continued. “It’s just — it’s great. You hear it might be a different experience, and it is.”

Speaking about her experience, the “Parks and Recreation” star recalled sweet moments with her eldest daughter Lyla. Loving the two-year-old, the beloved actress said:

“My daughter Lyla is very girly. I picked her up yesterday, and she said, ‘Oh, Dad, that’s a cute dress. Look, you have cute little pockets. That’s not something Jack ever said to me.”

Joining host Myers to poke fun at their kids for never noticing their pockets, the Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree added that it’s “nice to have a little appreciation for the pocket game.”

Pratt also paid tribute to his famous father-in-law, Arnold Schwarzenegger. When asked if it feels “surreal” to be a member of a Hollywood icon’s family, the Saturn Award winner admitted that it’s a great life as a sibling of the “Terminator” star.

“I know him now as a normal guy and all that. He was a great grandfather, a great father, a good father-in-law,” the father of three sang his praises. “And oddly enough, he has a lot of experience in promoting action blockbusters.”

The “Jurassic World” star became a family with a living legend following his marriage to the daughter of a former California governor. According to The Blast, the smitten husband recently opened up about his romance with Katherine on “The Drew Barrymore Show.”

According to the entertainer, the couple met in church during a challenging period in the TV personality’s life. Pratt admitted that he “felt heartbroken” and had gone looking for divine intervention when he saw his future wife.

“God has a fast-forward button, but when it’s right – boom, you’re hit. You fall in love; you’re married,” explained the MTV Movie Award nominee, noting that her relationship with Schwarzenegger felt like finding the right pieces of a puzzle.

The couple’s love story began after her marriage to Farris ended in 2017. Before the former lovers’ divorce was finalized in November 2018, Pratt was seen enjoying a romantic picnic with Schwarzenegger in June.

“Happy Birthday to my eldest son, smart, handsome, kind, big boy Jack! TEN!!?? WHAT!? Double digits!!” said the Critics’ Choice Television Award nominee in his tribute.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years!! You are the best son, big brother, fisherman, scout, reader, mathematician, Imagineer, builder, boxer, and friend a man could ask for. Love you, kid!” The loving father sweetly concluded his message.

The birthday tribute comes a year after the Virginia native received backlash for seemingly patronizing Jack. While paying tribute to Schwarzenegger for giving birth to a “beautiful healthy daughter”, fans thought Pratt was insulting Farris and their son for having health issues.
